  ✨ Si eres turista y visitas la ciudad, ¡no dudes en conocer el Piso 24! Tiene una ubicación excelente y una vista espectacular que te enamora desde el primer momento. Me encantó el ambiente, la atención y, especialmente, la amabilidad de Sebastián, el bartender, quien me explicó con mucho entusiasmo el origen y la historia del cóctel que preparó. 🍸 ¡Una experiencia que vale totalmente la pena y un lugar que sin duda recomendaría! 🤩

  Absolutely amazing experience! We came for Miami Spice and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was exquisite beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and every dish was delicious. Chef Luis was incredible, and Jenny made the experience even more special with her amazing service and attention. The Miami Spice menu was a great way to experience the restaurant, and we truly enjoyed every course. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  This was genuinely one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had, and I will not be returning to this Hotel Indigo. I have stayed at Hotel Indigo in a different city multiple times and had a good experience, which was the main reason I chose this hotel over other options. I was really looking forward to this stay, but this location was nothing like the other Hotel Indigo I have stayed at. We checked in around 8 pm and went out to dinner after. When we came back around midnight, we realized the AC was not working properly and the room was stuck at 76 degrees. To my knowledge, maintenance was not on the property that late, so we had to deal with it overnight. The room itself was extremely underwhelming and did not feel clean or well maintained. It was very dusty, the paint looked sloppy with yellow paint on tan walls and vice versa, and the decor was honestly ugly. The bright yellow, dark blue, tan, random wall collages, and overall design just made the room feel cheap and uncomfortable. The shower also took around 20 minutes to actually get hot. The next day, we realized the mini fridge was not working either. I reported both the fridge and AC around 12:15 pm, and by 2 pm no one had come, so I had to call again. A maintenance employee eventually came and fixed both. He was nice and helpful, and I have nothing negative to say about him. One of the worst parts of the stay was the noise coming from inside the wall. It sounded like running water or pipes and happened frequently. On our last morning, it was loud enough to wake me up, and I could not fall back asleep because it kept happening. I slept horribly. I was also noticeably itchy anytime I was lying in the bed, which made me even more uncomfortable. The front desk staff was not very helpful at first either. I asked where cars parked on the street would be towed and was told to ask valet. Valet then sent me back to the front desk. When I went back, the employee was giggling about the situation even though I genuinely needed an answer. She eventually asked her manager and got the information. They were more helpful once they realized I was serious, but basic questions should not have been that difficult to get answered. Then the blackout shade literally fell on me while I was trying to pull it down. I called for help, waited on the phone, and was eventually hung up on. I went downstairs and was told no one could help until the morning. Without the shade, we did not have proper privacy in the room, so that was not exactly a helpful solution. Even getting around the hotel was frustrating because the elevators took forever. By our final morning, I was completely done. I had originally arranged to keep the room until 6 pm after the normal 11 am checkout, but after barely sleeping and everything else that had happened, I did not even want to stay. I left at the regular checkout time and did not use the additional room time. I contacted Hotel Indigo directly regarding the stay and am currently waiting to hear back about a resolution. I specifically chose this hotel because I had good experiences with Hotel Indigo in the past, which made this stay even more disappointing. For the price and the amount of hotel options in the area, I would absolutely stay somewhere else.

  Amazing experience at Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. A special shoutout to Yamila and Alain, who truly went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. Their hospitality made such a difference and is exactly the kind of service you hope for when staying at a hotel. Everything from check-in to the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I’ll absolutely be staying here again whenever I’m in Miami and would highly recommend Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell to anyone visiting. Five stars!

  I recently stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Brickell for a work trip, and I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was truly on point, and the staff was attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. Alain and Marco at the front desk was especially warm and welcoming. They were welcoming and helped me answer any questions I needed as a far as traffic and travel/communte plans around the property. Also they were very nice since I am a platinum member. He made sure my check-in process was smooth and effortless, and the same level of service continued all the way through checkout. I also loved the location of the property-as it was downtown of Brickell. Being right nearby allows me to walk to restaurants, shops, and other nearby attractions. The valet service was also fast and efficient. They made sure I was taken care of whenever I needed assistance or wanted my vehicle brought around at a specific time. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views of downtown Brickell. I wish there was a bigger gym with more equipments. While the pool only opens from 8am-8pm, it was also a great get away in the bustling city of Brickell. My room was spacious and comfortable, as I ended up in a corner premium suite with two beds-which made the stay even more enjoyable. The views of the room was amazing since I was able to see downtown Brickell in every corner of the room. Though the Atwell Suites are also an IHG property-higher up all with outside balcony views-I'd most likely want to try them too. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
