  Excelente experiencia en el Hotel Indigo Brickell. La ubicación es uno de sus puntos más destacados, ya que está a pocos minutos de la zona comercial y una de las áreas más bonitas de Brickell, con excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y lugares para disfrutar de Miami. El hotel tiene un ambiente moderno, una decoración muy agradable y espacios cómodos que hacen la estadía más especial. El personal fue atento y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Una excelente opción para quienes quieren conocer Miami desde una zona céntrica, elegante y con muchas opciones alrededor. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

  We just booked this hotel to basically crash while we went to some marlins games and it was a great hotel, with great staff, in a great location! Walgreens and Publix were a 5 minute walk away and loanDepot park was a 15 minute drive. The hotel was super cute, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast also exceeded expectations. Jewell in the dining room was extra pleasant. We did have a little issue with not getting a room with a pull out couch for our son but Mariano went above and beyond to remedy the situation and continued to extend his gracious hospitality throughout the rest of our stay!

  From the tranquil,zen, relaxing esthetic the rooms restroom brings to the abstract art work displayed in the room and the energetic enrichment the color schematics I was diddnt think it could get any better. Till I saw the pool. Then the staff blew every expectation out of the water from Marcos informational assistance and help that made my stay in an unfamiliar area safer and easier for both my son and I, and Jason was amazing service .. CHEFS KISS 🗣

  I had an excellent experience with the front desk employee, Marco. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was quick and easy, and he answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Throughout my stay, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. His exceptional customer service made me feel valued and truly enhanced my overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

  I stayed at this hotel for a full week. As such, I came into contact with many of the employees who are front of house. They each offered kindness and made our stay wonderful. Mariano at the front desk is great! I came in and was tired from work and he offered me a coffee. He assisted me with printing documents and made my stay wonderful. It is nice to stay somewhere where you are treated with that level of kindness and care. Jeamy, Lynn, Jose and Yamila also at the front desk helped me with various matters throughout my stay. They always made time and were incredibly helpful with any questions I may have and any restaurant recommendations that I needed. Carlos at the bar was kind and helpful. We took over a few tables in the bar area and worked into the evening. He made sure we had what we needed to do our work. Brian also at the bar was attentive and anticipated our needs. He made a point to remember my name and always told me good morning, afternoon or evening. I felt like he genuinely enjoys his job. He clearly prioritized guest satisfaction and will succeed in whatever industry he chooses. Jason in the bar and restaurant was also very kind. He was attentive and aware of our needs. Always quick with a good morning, I saw him interact with other staff and visitors and was impressed with his demeanor and the fact that he seemed to have a genuine interest in those he was speaking with. Maria the host of the restaurant was kind throughout my stay. Maye a recent hire helped me with finding a restaurant ti celebrate a victory where my friends and I had a wide variety of dietary restrictions. We did not make it easy and she was kind and patient with our concerns. It is rare to be able to compliment an entire staff. Ten out of ten recommend!
