  The staff was friendly and polite, especially the bartender for our visit. The room was nicely spaced like a condo which was great, however, the temperature was hard locked at 73 which was painful lol. The shower is a nice interior but took a long time to heat up no matter what time it was. And not having a microwave in the room is always painful as well and something that should probably be in every room so people can come back to room service food or the vendor food. The rooms were comfortable but check out was chaotic because the designer of the hotel thought 3 elevators would be sufficient for this massive hotel. We and several other couples waited half an hour or more just to catch an elevator to leave in the morning. And the poor guy doing laundry was stuck with us and even longer because there's no service elevator which just seems like a silly logistical nightmare. That being said, the rooms are comfortable and well designed and the price isn't bad and the rooms are clean which is of the utmost importance as well. All in all, not bad, but some polish, redesign in some areas and a little less restriction on climate control would push this place.

  Ich verbrachte einige entspannte und schöne Tage im Indigo Hotel in Brickell. Von Gabi an der Rezeption bis zu den Leuten beim Frühstück waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch bei kleinen Extra Situationen wurde ich problemlos unterstützt. Das Zimmer ist modern, Gym und Pool waren eine gute Abwechslung und die zentrale Lage macht es einfach verschiedene Attraktivität en anzuschauen. Muchas gracias y hasta luego...

  THE SERVICE here is horrible , first, upon booking i was told from the IHG website that i would PAY AT PROPERTY! that was the options i selected , but some how they still took one nights stay off of my credit card without notice because it isn’t stated anywhere in writing that this hotel requires a one night stay payment up front ….. one of the the employees pretended to be a manager and lied about sending me an email that says it in writing, but she never emailed me because she couldn’t produce these guidelines in writing that even after selecting at property that you would owe one nights stay up front ..arrives to the hotel the front desk is clueless about every thing , the pool is closed for cleaning on the weekend i’m staying, don’t have a microwave for guest OVER ALL STAY SOME WHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!!!

  Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel por esta excelente estancia! El hotel es realmente fantástico, muy limpio, cómodo y con una ubicación ideal, cerca de todo. Nos sentimos muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Quiero agradecer especialmente al señor Mariano por su profesionalidad, su amabilidad, su disponibilidad y su excepcional acogida. Realmente contribuyó a que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. Nos llevamos un recuerdo maravilloso de nuestra estancia y volveremos con muchísimo gusto. ¡Recomiendo este hotel sin ninguna duda!   We had a very pleasant 5-day stay at this hotel. Both the hotel and our room were very clean. I especially liked that the room had tile floors instead of carpet, which makes it feel much cleaner and prevents dust from collecting. Housekeeping was provided daily, including fresh towels. The pool was nice and clean. One of the biggest advantages was the free washer and dryer available on the 19th floor — this was extremely convenient during our stay. Breakfast was good. The selection wasn’t huge, but there were enough options to find something for everyone. The location is also very convenient. There is a free train and a metro station nearby, and Publix is only about a 5-minute walk away, which is great for buying groceries or anything else you might need. The neighborhood feels modern and has a large shopping mall, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We took a taxi to Miami Beach, which was the easiest and fastest option for us. Another thing we really appreciated was that the deposit at check-in was only $1. The only minor downsides for us were that complimentary bottled water was not provided in the room and there was no microwave, which would have been useful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience at this hotel.
