  Hotel słaby rezerwacja odwołana w ostatniej chwili pomimo dużo wcześniejszej potwierdzonej rezerwacji. Informacja wysłana w czasie lotu. Zaskoczenie po wylądowaniu. Przekierowanie do hotelu o niższym standardzie w tej samej cenie-słabo.

  Location is really good, in a nice area with lots of stores. The staff were very friendly and polite. The property has these huge iguanas but that's South Florida for you. Rooms are fairly clean just the bathroom vents need some love. Overall, the place was ok and I would come again.

  1 elevator working that's shared by guest and staff! A excessively ling wait time for the elevator to finally appear! Old, outdated hotel that is poorly maintained! Noisy, unfriendly, unprofessional staff. This is the worst holiday inn hotel we've ever stayed at! The pictures on their site are not a true depiction of the actual property, don't be fooled! Don't walk away from vooking this location, run!

  Older IHG property, well maintained and with a great location. Plenty of close by shops, restaurants, clubs, small grocery, and attractions. Foot traffic can get high with airports and cruises in the summer, but most are respectful and maintain quiet in the halls. Staff was very hospitable, and professional. If you don't need trendy, and prefer quiet and professional, this is for you.
