  Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room I stayed in was spotless. The location is also very convenient, close to Miami International Airport and reasonably close to most important places in the area if you have a car. I am not giving the highest score for two reasons. The main one is the airport shuttle service. The hotel advertises a shuttle between the airport and the hotel, and I was counting on it, but when I arrived I was informed that it was temporarily unavailable. Because of that, I ended up spending around $70 on transportation to and from the airport. If I had known in advance, I would have rented a car from the first day until the last. The second point is the breakfast, which was quite limited and did not offer as many options as I expected based on the description.

  We have been coming here for a number of years. The last two times we noticed a set of new people at the front desk. The lady we dealt with both times has been quite difficult. She is bossy, condescending, and not very helpful. This last time it has become very evident this place is now being run very poorly. In fact, the entire experieince was so unpleasant, we will not be back.

  Horrible rooms. We booked several rooms, one was stinking so bad, and one was infested with bedbugs.
