  My stay was 5 days and non of the ice machines with the exception of one (5th fl) worked. One of the coffee machines was “temporarily out of service” the whole time. No hand sanitizers or sanitizing wipes in fitness ctr or food areas. Front desk said that the broken machines were reported but I doubt it. Parking is hard to get at night. The room smelled damp. Breakfast was not up to standard of other Holiday Inn Express.

  Brand new hotel, super nice, free use of the washer and dryer, and there are multiple washer and dryer. Very nice!

  Nice location good view of lagoon and peace full yesinena a very nice housekeeper Jorge great shuttle driver and I believe he was the front desk manager made the stay relaxing

  We booked a room for 5 people right before our long flight back to Germany to get some rest before departure. Pros: The airport shuttle service worked excellently and on time. The hotel overall makes a well-maintained impression, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Room for improvement: Unfortunately, getting a restful night's sleep was hardly possible due to two main issues: 1. Motion sensor in the room: Whenever someone went to the bathroom at night, a motion sensor automatically turned on the bright light in the entrance area. This is extremely disruptive—especially for the person sleeping on the sofa bed right in the entrance area. 2. Incomplete curtains: Half of the blackout curtain was missing from the window. Since we were on the 6th floor directly facing the bright hotel sign, the room was simply far too light. On top of that, privacy was compromised, giving guests in the rooms opposite a direct view into the sleeping area by the window. This was very uncomfortable for us.

  I typically only write reviews when I have a negative experience, but the outstanding service I received here is a personal exception. I made a critical error with my reservation, which usually translates to immense travel stress. Fortunately, I was assisted by Faisal.Faisal showed incredible guest service empowerment and genuine client compassion. He fixed my booking mistake seamlessly and took the extra step to locate me right next to my family in connecting rooms. His client care is truly immeasurable.Beyond Faisal's exceptional support, the hotel itself was great. The room was clean, and the overall service was spectacular. While the food wasn't the absolute best, it was reliable and never missed a beat. Had Faisal not handled my error with such grace and professionalism, my experience would have been entirely different, and I wouldn't be recommending this property. Because of him, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Faisal!
