    Me and my lady really enjoyed the stay everything where top of the line VIP from the time we arrived until we left the rooms the room well worth what we payed for them that's why we left a great VIP $1000 tip thousand dollars tip

    On arrival valet and front desk staff are very friendly and professional, great service from them. Due to our flight being delayed, we wanted dinner and the front desk attendant took us to the hotel restaurant ( can't recall name). On arrival we were once welcomed by a friendly staff member and sat quickly given a menu. We were also informed that the kitchen would be closing shortly. We reviewed the menu, waited to be server, waited to be served, we waited approximately 15+ mins and we had to call over a server, it still took another 5 mins for someone to server us. Anyway eventually someone took our order oh and drinks order. The food came out extremely quickly, sashimi was OK, sushi was tastless and as for the dumplings over cooked and burnt. No one came and checked on us once. We just got the check and left for the room. The room clean bit dated, bed comfortable. What got us was there was no coffee machine in the room. In the morning we went to breakfast which was excellent as was the service. We had to check out earlier due to continuing our trip. I suppose the question would I stay here again, the answer is a definite NO! Which is a shame as we usually stay in the four seasons London and this hotel definitely doesn't provide that service.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Miami, particularly the overall ambiance and service standards. However, our arrival experience was impacted by delays at reception, as the check-in was handled by a newly trained staff member who appeared to still be learning the process and at times provided incorrect information. This resulted in a slower check-in and some confusion when answering our questions, although her trainer nearby was able to step in and provide the correct information. Given that we had a scheduled appointment shortly after arrival, this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was a delay in the delivery of our carry-on luggage (we’ve requested by a staff member to leave it to him at the entrance as soon as we got off the car, even though we didn’t want to), and we had to call reception twice, which affected our ability to leave promptly. The pool itself was enjoyable for swimming; however, the experience could have been better managed. We noticed a dead bee in the water, and while the pool staff member eventually removed it with a net after we brought it to his attention, it would have been preferable if the pool had been checked and cleared earlier in the morning before guests arrived (we’ve been there around 9:30-10 a.m.). Furthermore, the poolside service felt inconsistent. After waiting, we had to approach staff to request towels, and the response felt somewhat reluctant. Ideally, loungers should be prepared proactively for guests, with towels and water provided without needing to ask. This did not align with the level of service we expected.

    YAG must be the finest bartender in the city of Miami. He is one of 3 reasons I return to the Four Seasons each month. Assigned to the pool bar, he is the veteran who anchors the entire experience. Here is today’s example. After an absence of months, he saw me across the bar and said, “What will it be, Doc? The MacAllans 12, neat, or a perfect Vesper”? Indeed, this man has perfected the martini. More than that, he has mastered the art of being aware, of allowing each celebrant to enjoy the experience of being present at the Four Seasons Pool Bar as if it’s unique and ephemeral—and yes, at his bar, each of us is a celebrant, a participant in that moment between the stress of the day we have just lived and the exigencies yet to be confronted, Each of us, knowingly or not, appreciates having the ideal person with whom to converse as we shed the detritus of the day and embrace the joy of the moment. And no, I have not had too much to drink. I am simply sitting now for a moment with a kindred spirit and the 50 years of life that separate our time here is more a reason to lift a drink high than to feel despair. Thank you, YAG. Now, I’ll have my Macallan neat. And make it a double!

    Fui a esperar a una amiga reciéntemente y la seguridad del hotel me amenazó con llamar a la policía sin mediar ningún tipo de palabras me amenazó con la policía.... Me sentí descriminador y humillado......no recomiendo este tipo de hotel donde humillan a las personas es la propia porquería.....no lo recomiendo a nadie
