  The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and wonderful service. The pool area was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. What stood out the most was how comfortable and welcomed we felt. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend Four Seasons Miami to anyone looking to explore Miami.

  I was picking up a VIP client from the Four Seasons Hotel when I politely asked a staff member for a bottle of water. Although I was not staying at the hotel, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, the staff member responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Regardless of whether someone is a hotel guest or there on behalf of a guest, professionalism and kindness should always be part of the experience. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces the importance of respectful customer service.

  We stayed at Four Seasons Miami last year for my birthday, and everything was exceptional. The service was flawless and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Because of that experience, we decided to return this year for a staycation after I unexpectedly underwent surgery and needed a comfortable place to recover. When the hotel called prior to our arrival, they asked whether we were celebrating a special occasion. We mentioned that our anniversary was coming up the following week and that we were staying there while I recovered from surgery. While we weren't expecting anything extravagant, it was surprising that there was no acknowledgment of either occasion. The most disappointing part of our stay, however, was the housekeeping service. We did not receive turndown service on the evening of our stay. Since we had a late 4:00 PM checkout, I called the following morning to request housekeeping and was assured it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, no one ever came. This stay felt noticeably less attentive than what we've come to expect from the Four Seasons brand. While not a terrible experience, it was disappointing given the premium price point and the exceptional service we received during our previous visit.

  Absolutely Stellar service from top to bottom. From the consumers to the check-in person, everybody was extremely kind, supportive and accommodating. It is a good location near downtown Miami, however it is not really beachfront. We usually stay in Miami Beach and several of the other competitors, but gave four seasons a chance. I knew I did not book a beach run property, but we usually stay in Miami Beach in this time. Decided to stay in Brickell. We showed up early and they let us check in early, however, I had asked them for a nicer room and at check-in they gave me the option of getting a suite for an extra $500. I turn it down, however, then we'll only checked into our room. I was disappointed in several aspects and called to get that upgrade. After about 30 minutes on hold, they let me know that now the upgrade was over $2,000. In addition. I don't really think this is fair, letting you to get into a place at you're dissatisfied with to then ask for an upgrade that was previously given to you and now they have tripled the price. The carpeting was a little bit old and so was some of the decoration, but overall the quality of the amenities was amazing including the duvet covers, the pillows, facilities, and the toiletries. Unfortunately, our room view was not what I was expecting and I would not return to this place at that rate for that view. Very easily accessible to most of downtown as well as Brickell. Aside from that, the restaurants are good to very good, and the room service was amazing. We had the lobster eggs, benedict and chilaquiles which were amazing. The pool was amazingly warm and calm and there weren't many people which was great. My favorite part was the hammocks which were hanging over water hung along palm trees strewn across the water.
