  A disappointing anniversary stay I've stayed at five Four Seasons properties and have always been wowed by the locations, attention to detail and service. This one has been hard work from the moment I arrived. Check-in was slow, and the room I was given sat right next to loud construction. The alternative offered came with a large additional fee. When I suggested cancelling so I could stay elsewhere, I was told that would also incur a substantial charge. As it's our anniversary, I reluctantly paid the 40% premium for the upgrade, only to be left waiting in the hallway for 20 minutes for someone to bring the keys. The new room is an improvement, in that the bedroom no longer overlooks the building work. The lounge, however, still does. On top of that, one of the pools is closed for construction. None of this was mentioned at booking, and the hotel's response has been to charge more rather than put things right. For a brand built on service, it feels underwhelming and significantly overpriced for what's on offer. In hindsight, 1 Hotel South Beach would have been the better choice.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons! Everyone was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. The staff was especially sweet to our dog and even surprised her with a complimentary toy, which was such a nice touch. The room was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the entire experience was lovely. We would definitely stay again!

  As of 2026, the rooms are very high quality and still look fresh from the renovation that occurred a few years prior. The windows are also very soundproof, as there was construction occurring across the street and I did not hear anything. The rooms have a high quality Bluetooth speaker for you to play your own music. It’s everything you would expect from a Four Seasons. Even the toilet paper is extremely high quality, thick ply.

  I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami last weekend for a little staycation and it was absolutely perfect. It's in Brickell, super tall and sleek, but as soon as you walk in it's calm and luxurious, beautiful lobby, amazing smell, staff greets you right away. Feels very high-end but not stuffy. My room was on a high floor with a stunning view of Biscayne Bay, huge, spotless, bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up, linens were so soft. Bathroom was massive, deep soaking tub, great shower, amazing toiletries. Everything was pristine. The pool area is incredible, big resort-style pool on the terrace, plenty of lounge chairs, great service, they bring cold towels and water. I had lunch by the pool, ceviche and a cocktail, both perfect. The gym is huge and super well equipped, and the spa is so relaxing. Service was next level, everyone remembered my name, super attentive but not pushy, they helped with dinner reservations and everything. Valet was fast. Yes it's pricey, but you get what you pay for, it's real luxury, not just hype. Perfect for a special occasion, business trip, or just to treat yourself. If you want a true luxury experience in Miami, stunning views, perfect rooms, incredible pool and flawless service, Four Seasons Miami is perfect.

  Just stayed here for the first time. We have stayed multiple times at the four seasons in Orlando and it always is such a wonderful experience. While the staff here was extremely nice, the facilities are far less appealing. The room we had was carpeted and felt like it was stuck in the 80's. They put us in a handicap accessible room ( no issue) other than them ringing our bell almost 15x that sounded like a smoke alarm. Apparently the tech was not working and they needed to do a reset which took over an hour. Very tiny shower and the whole place felt so cold and dated. I would stay far away, there are far better options and most likely much less money. One and done for this hotel.
