I was there on a 3-night vacation. The hotel location is excellent with a service that allows free transportation to Brickell Center, which is a great place with excellent shops. Beyond that, the rooms are large and spacious. The bed is excellent with absolutely exceptional bedding. Beyond that, I had a problem with the water flow in the shower that was not resolved during my stay, but only after repeated complaints. After contacting customer service by email, they agreed to credit me for all the additional charges I had in addition to paying for the nights in the hotel, courtesy of the service person Louise Ducatel. I only hope that they can draw their attention to these things later in the vacation and believe that they will do so. Beyond that, the hotel offers an excellent pool that is open 24/7 but without a lifeguard. What's more, the quality of maintenance in the pool is not excellent. Beyond that, the overall experience is comfortable and pleasant, but I believe that they have a way to improve.

Our stay was truly exceptional, made all the more memorable by the outstanding service we received. The front desk and concierge team went above and beyond at every turn, from seamless check-in to thoughtful recommendations for dining and local experiences. Every booking request, no matter how last-minute, was handled with genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to find a team so attentive and knowledgeable, and their warmth made us feel completely taken care of throughout our visit. The room itself was beautifully appointed with stunning views that made every moment even more special.
