I cannot say enough amazing things about EVEN Hotel Miami. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had such a relaxing vibe. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional.
What makes this experience even more special is that I was not even a hotel guest. I had luggage with me before my evening flight, and the woman at the front desk kindly asked a few questions and then offered to hold my bags for me without hesitation. That level of kindness alone meant so much to me.
But what truly touched my heart happened later that evening.
After leaving and getting into my Uber to head to the airport, I realized I had accidentally left one of my bags behind. I immediately panicked and called the hotel frantically. I spoke with Brandon (I truly hope I got his name right), and he went completely above and beyond for me.
Not only did he help locate my bag quickly, but he personally brought it to me on the hotel shuttle. By the time he pulled up, I literally started crying from relief. I felt so bad because I didn’t even have anything on me to tip him, and his response was something I will never forget:
“Please don’t cry, and Happy Mother’s Day.”
That level of kindness and compassion is so rare these days. Brandon was truly a Godsend to me in that moment, and I will never forget how he treated me.
Thank you to the entire staff for such an incredible experience. Because of the care and kindness I received, EVEN Hotel will absolutely be the next place I stay the next time I visit Miami. 5 stars truly isn’t enough!

To my surprise, the room was very clean and spacious. I ended up at this hotel by chance because of a missed flight (I wish I could review the airline). I only stayed one night, so I can only comment on the room. The bathroom was spotless with shampoo, conditioner, and two options of liquid soap. The bed was large and very clean. It also includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The free 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent
Wir haben im Hotel nebenan gewohnt und hier mehrfach lediglich den Laundry Service benutzt. 3$ eine Portion Waschmittel und 2,25$ für einen Waschgang. Das ist okay und passt für mich.
Einmal haben wir uns zwei Heineken aus der Flasche bestellt (kleine Flaschen) und dafür 20$ zahlen müssen. Wir sind beruflich hier im Rahmen der Formel 1 und sind tagsüber im LOEWS und im RITZ in South Beach, dort kostet ein Heineken 7$. Just saying…

I have never been treated so well at any hotel—ever.
From the moment we arrived, the General Manager, Richard, went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcomed. He greeted my husband and me with such warmth—it honestly felt like we were reconnecting with an old friend.
My husband is a disabled veteran, and a few days before our arrival, he had spoken with Richard about the possibility of an early check-in due to our early flight. Not only did Richard make it happen, but he personally ensured our room was ready and came out to greet us when we arrived. That level of care and attention is incredibly rare!
Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—exactly what we needed after traveling.
Later, we went down to the hotel restaurant to grab a quick bite to bring back to our room. Although there was a slight delay due to a cook calling out sick, Richard once again stepped in, coordinated with another staff member, and made sure we were taken care of without hesitation. That kind of leadership speaks volumes.
We both ordered the cheesesteak and fries, and it was absolutely delicious!
Every hotel should be lucky enough to have a General Manager who genuinely cares the way Richard does. His dedication to his guests is unmatched.
This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Miami.

I had a bad experience with a front desk customer service representative - a lady, we stayed at this hotel last week and had inquiries about our deposit, I called in on Wednesday and this same woman she didn’t even bother to ask our names and check the information instead she was rude and told us to wait till Thursday, it’s been more than a week since we checked out and we had to wait more??? okay, then today, Friday I called in the same woman, when I started speaking she just transfers me and the phone gets hung up, I have to call in again but this time another lady picks up the phone and asks the information helps me to solve the situation. You need to do better with customer service, when we need help u just transfer and hang up on us?? what kinda customer service is that?
