  Honestly staff needs to tighten up. It feels like we’re being watched 24/7 because we like to be awake around 2 am just talking outside . We weren’t aware of pool time closing and got kicked out for the next day to overhear staff talking about how they kicked us and our friends out and how suspicious it is for me and my partner to be awake at 2-3 am outside . Every time we walk by we are started at like if we are criminals and don’t belong there , speaking on it I went to grab a soda and the front desk guy just kept staring at me n getting closer like I was going to steal, I’m used to paying at the front desk so that’s where I was gonna go he stopped me and pointed to pay with the waitress before I even got to the front desk. Honestly feels so disrespectful to feel like your being watched and you have to act good even tho you’ve done nothing wrong like if your not Another guest here like anyone else Another thing if your gonna change people 100 Dollar deposit that is not shown online and take half the amount of money the stay is and still have to pay the stay amount plus deposit you find out here at least have the walls CLEAN. Walls are full of what seems to be like dirt from dirty footprints n etc. honestly super disappointing found out there’s no free breakfast because of the restaurant completely threw me off n to stay a extra night charged us 206. Diabolical.

  Kudos to Roberto and his team at EVEN hotel. This hotel had a consistently friendly, professional and clean atmosphere. Front desk staff were attentive, breakfast and dining staff were very patient and courteous (short but tasty menu).Shuttle bus drivers were amazing as well. Each staff greets you even in the passage ways. It was great to encounter people who like their work. I appreciate you.

  I recently held a training event at the Even and I can’t say enough good things! The meeting facilities were spacious, well-equipped, and had a fantastic atmosphere. The service was outstanding—the staff was incredibly attentive, especially in the food service and reception areas. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless. A huge thank you to Roberto and his team for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for any event or training!

  Great hotel near the airport with a convenient shuttle service. Since I was traveling alone, I chose this hotel because I was worried about arranging transportation, and the shuttle made everything much easier. The room was very spacious, even for two people, with a very comfortable bed and great service. Towels were changed every day during my three-night stay, and I was very happy with my experience. The only reason I probably wouldn’t book it again is that for the same price, you can find hotels in the city center or closer to the ocean. However, getting around is easy — the metro takes you to the center in about 20–30 minutes. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

  Stayed here for one night due to American Airlines delaying my flight. I was nervous staying here due to previous reviews but it exceeded my expectations. The lobby is well designed and the staff was super nice. The shuttle has three different stops and runs every 30 mins for 24 hours. It was about a 5 mins ride to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel smells great and the room was very comfortable and clean. The bed felt like heaven after a long day of travel and the shower was great with the right pressure and temperature. The hotel is only about 20-25 mins from south beach. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone needing a night rest before a flight out the next day.
