  Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. No volvería ni lo recomendaría. Desde que entramos, la habitación estaba muy sucia y con un olor desagradable. La limpieza fue prácticamente inexistente durante toda nuestra estadía. Nos hospedamos 4 días y jamás limpiaron la habitación. Si queríamos toallas limpias, teníamos que ir a pedirlas, porque de lo contrario no nos daban nada. La basura también teníamos que dejarla en la puerta para que alguien la recogiera. Lo más indignante es que, según nos informaron, solo limpian las habitaciones de los huéspedes que se quedan 7 días o más. Eso es totalmente inaceptable. Todos los huéspedes pagan por un servicio digno, sin importar cuántos días se hospeden. Me sorprende leer reseñas que dicen que este hotel es muy limpio, porque esa no fue nuestra experiencia en absoluto. La atención al cliente fue muy mala y el estado de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. Si están pensando en hospedarse aquí, les recomiendo buscar otra opción. Hay hoteles que realmente valoran a sus huéspedes y ofrecen el servicio que prometen. LAS FOTOS HABLAN POR SI SOLAS ⭐️1/5 😡😡😡😡😡

  I've stayed here a few times with any issues until this stay i had to take cold showers + family safe to say this will be my last booking.

  I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, but unfortunately it was disappointing overall. The hotel itself was okay, but there were several issues that really impacted our experience. The biggest problem was the smell in our room. It had a strong, unpleasant odor for our entire five night stay. We eventually discovered it was caused by rotting food trapped inside the sink that had clearly never been cleaned out. It was frustrating to realize the source of the smell could have been prevented with better cleaning. The room itself was stocked with the basics when we arrived, but because the hotel doesn’t provide daily housekeeping, we eventually needed more essentials during our five-night stay. We ran out of towels and went to the front desk to request fresh ones, only to be told they had completely run out. I honestly couldn’t believe a hotel could run out of clean towels. To make matters worse, the room was only supplied with one roll of toilet paper. We eventually ran out and called the front desk multiple times requesting another roll, but no one ever answered the phone. We ultimately had to go to the front desk ourselves. Having only one roll of toilet paper for a five-night stay and being unable to reach anyone for assistance was incredibly frustrating. For $670 for five nights, I expected much better. A room that doesn’t smell like rotting food, enough basic necessities for the length of the stay, and a front desk that answers the phone are all reasonable expectations. While the staff we spoke with in person was polite, the overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

  Carpet needs a good shampooing as wellas the sofa. No extra blankets.

  After we checked in, I had an issue in the room and called the front desk. They took immediate action as busy as they were to take care of the issue. They moved us to another room and made sure we were good to go. I have never seen the front desk or maintenance move as fast as they did!! We are grateful and look forward to coming again! Thank you to all the staff!! Rooms are super clean! We did book a suite with a kitchen. They have pots and crock pots if you need them. Laundry is free. I recommend that anyone stay here.
