  I always have a wonderful stay. I would especially like to recognize Henry and Karla for their exceptional customers service. They are both friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I need. They are both great assets to the hotel. AG.

  Was supose to be near dolphin mall and have transport to miami port... and room not nice. And asked for a room above 1st floor and ignored our request. Breakfast was not very good...

  It's an older hotel and therefore the furniture and carpet in the room was old and stained. The air conditioning in our room did not work well, it got warm during the night. The room was spacious. Our bathroom was not draining well so water was pooling while showering. Housekeeping was done daily which was appreciated. Breakfast was mediocre - eggs, bread, sausage, hash brown, yogurt (overly sweet), waffles (tasted as though the batter has been sitting in the machine for too long). Good for a budget stay just for sleeping.

  I had a terrible experience with my family at this location it was 2:30 am and I called to request if it’s possible to get a room available at that time the agent at the phone confirmed and sent me a email with the reservation details on it . So I went to the hotel and the front desk men did not even check my reservation and stated the check in is at 3 pm and he cannot do anything . So at that time I called back to the customer service who had confirmed about the booking and they called the guy at the front desk to review with him about the booking I made and for that time 1 hour passed . Finally the front desk man said he has a room available after having me waiting for almost 1 hour . I did not want to stay because just having no willingness to help makes you feel the stay will not be good . And this person should be more helpful and at least check when you have a client standing at that time of the night with either minors .

  Upon checking in, I asked for the Wi-Fi details and received them without any issues or further explanation. The next day, after setting up my workstation in my room and attempting to connect to the Internet, I couldn't get a signal; when I complained to the concierge, he told me the hotel hadn't had a signal for a month due to connection problems. I needed to submit an important report to my client in just a few hours—a task that required online research and development. The hotel is neither professional nor responsible regarding the promises made on its website.
