  We were just looking for something cheap and close to the airport for one night and had low expectations but we were very pleasantly surprised. Free shuttle, the staff was friendly, several restaurants within walking distance, a huge king bed. Located on a golf course.

  After my family missed our flight, we needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel fit our budget and offered convenient airport shuttle service, making it the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional customer service. They kindly stored our luggage until our room was ready, gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants and stores, and even let us check in as soon as the room became available. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay for a night or two.

  The hotel itself was perfectly fine. The rooms were spacious and reasonably comfortable, the small gym was good, and breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately, the airport pickup service was appalling and completely overshadowed the positives. After an overnight journey with a young child and older family members, we called the hotel twice for pickup and waited at the designated shuttle stop. We watched the hotel bus drive past us twice without stopping. After more than an hour of waiting, the shuttle eventually stopped, only for the driver to tell us he needed to collect other passengers first and would come back for us. We then had to wait a further 30 minutes. In total, it took over two hours from arriving at the hotel pickup point to reaching the hotel. Given that it was effectively 7am for our bodies (midnight in Miami) and we had missed a night's sleep, this was an exhausting experience. What was most disappointing was that the hotel staff offered no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The hotel facilities were acceptable, but first impressions matter. A two-hour airport transfer wait, despite calls and seeing the shuttle pass by twice, is simply not acceptable and left us with a very poor impression of the hotel's customer service.

  Very worn out hotel. Rooms are dated and bathrooms could definitely use an upgrade. Service could also definitely use an improvement, not to mention they messed up my shuttle service and left earlier that the scheduled time and forgot about me. Won't be staying here again and do not recommend it.
