  Este hotel nos encanta, es la cuarta vez que lo visitamos, la primera con niños y a ellos también les gustó. El ambiente es relajado, la atención es muy buena pero no estresa, todos siempre están felices y tranquilos. La ubicación es fenomenal, en el centro de las calles más famosas de brickell pero sin el bullicio. La comida del restaurante rica, y las instalaciones muy refrescantes.

  Nuestra estancia en Atwell Suites Miami Brickell ha sido excelente. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y muy agradables. Pero sin duda lo mejor ha sido el trato del personal. Tanto el chico de recepción como la persona encargada del desayuno han sido maravillosos: siempre atentos, amables, serviciales y con una sonrisa. Nos han hecho sentir muy cómodos y bien recibidos durante nuestra estancia. Un hotel muy recomendable para disfrutar de Miami. Sin duda volveríamos.

  Today we came to the front desk and specifically asked if there was a reservation under my friend’s name. We were told that there was no reservation. Based on that information, we had to book another room. This is actually the second time we have been told that there was no reservation and were simply instructed to pay an additional $300 instead. We relied on the information provided by your front desk staff and made our decision accordingly. We have now found out that there actually was a reservation under my friend’s name, but we were given incorrect information by the front desk. Because of this mistake, we incurred additional expenses. We understand that you can cancel the second reservation, but the refund will go to the person who paid for it, not to us. We kindly ask you to find a fair solution and compensate us for this situation, as it was caused by incorrect information provided by the front desk staff.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They cancelled our reservation 30 minutes before our arrival. It appeared that they tried and failed to take money from the card provided on Booking even though the card was ok and it was confirmed by the bank that they could have taken the money if they wanted to. So, probably, they needed the rooms for someone else on short notice. We do not recommend this place to anyone. There is simply no way you just cancel someone s booking in the same day they are supposed to be there without confirming with them that they cannot arrive or are not able to pay for whatever reason. It shows zero respect to a possible customer and leaves them in an inconvenient place to try and find new accomodation on short notice. Do not stay here!!!

  Sad to be leaving such a bad review. Let's cover the things that bothered me most first: Stay in March 2026, with a deposit that was taken from my credit card. Deposit amount itself changed halfway through my debate with the hotel from 200 USD to 300USD. What was most infuriating and this hasnt been solved yet (July 2026) is that random extra charges were applied to my card of 370USD. Reception staff (for the first charge) told me they would reverse it. This happened again and none of the staff could tell me what the charge was actually for. I was hung up twice by the hotel when calling, no one (neither booking.com nor my bank) seems to be able to reach the hotel. The hotel has commented on my booking.com review a few months ago yet no action. Considering this is a global chain hotel this is abysmal. A shame because the hotel was well located and the rooms were ok as well (agreeing with some of the comments highlighting the finishes look cheap). I would urge you to get a confirmation of no final charges when you check out and a direct name and contact to get in touch with so this does not happen to you Edit July 2026: The hotel responded (as they did on my booking.com review in April 26) and advised me to call them...after I specifically mention I called out of pocket and was hung up on...twice. No proactiveness whatsoever. Avoid
