- ESEric SAug 24, 20263.0Arlo Wynwood has a great location and a fun, modern atmosphere. The hotel looks impressive when you first arrive, and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. However, for the price, I expected a higher level of overall quality. Some aspects of the property and room felt more average than what I would expect from a hotel at this price point. The experience wasn’t bad, but it also didn’t feel like the quality matched the image and pricing of the hotel. I enjoyed the location and the overall vibe, but there are definitely areas where Arlo could improve. Three stars overall — a good concept and great location, but the quality needs to catch up with the price.

Hay varios fees escondidos, el hold por noche es de $150 USD, incluso más caro que lo que cuesta bookearla y no es opcional no dejar tu tarjeta. Buen, hotel, bonito pero no volvería, personal sabe de todo esto y no lo explica al check in. Exceso de mensajes de parte de Arlo para: que consumas en el restaurant, dándote avisos por SMS de situaciones no muy relevantes, pidiendo early feedback y ofreciéndote cada vez que ya va a ser el check out que te quedes una noche más por $89 USD, es demasiado SPAM y no puedes elegir no recibir estas notificaciones.

I traveled from Portugal to Miami for a cruise and informed them that three of my family members and I had come down with gastroenteritis—we even incurred medical expenses right after boarding the ship because we couldn't stop vomiting—yet the receptionist claimed it was due to the waves! Since when do you feel waves while the ship is still docked? Especially on a ship like Royal Caribbean's *Icon of the Seas*! Even with all the supporting medical documentation, they denied it and even mocked us while speaking in their own language; I may not speak "Mexican"/Spanish, but I understand it perfectly, and I speak nearly fluent English. Don't stay at this hotel. Good luck if you do—and be careful at breakfast; there are absolutely no safety precautions.

Want other fitness activities? We also have daily yoga classes and complimentary bikes for you to head out to explore.

No, Arlo Wynwood is a smoke-free property.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, up to two (2) dogs or cats per room, each under 75lbs, may stay with their humans for the duration of their stay. There will be a fee of $20 pre-tax per pet, per night charged in addition to the standard room rate. All animals must be registered with the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot at this time permit animals other than dogs or cats in any capacity.
Please note, all pets must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pets may not be left alone in the hotel room, for the safety of the pet, our guests, and our employees.
Can I store packages?
The hotel will receive guests’ packages starting three (3) days prior to arrival. The first five (5) packages received are complementary if under 50 lbs. The following charges will apply for additional packages or packages received more than three (3) days prior to arrival.
Packages weighing 1lb – 49 lbs. will be charged at $10.00 each package
Packages weighing 50lbs. – 99 lbs. will be charged at $25.00 each package
Packages weighing over 100lbs. will be charged at $75.00 each package
Up to (20) packages are allowed before a rental fee storage area is needed.
We deliver packages daily to our guests between 5pm–6pm. For immediate package assistance, please contact the front desk or concierge and we can arrange to have the packages delivered immediately.
Should you need packages to be stored past your check-out date, a $20/day storage fee will apply. The hotel is not liable for lost or misplaced packages.
Deposit Policy
The hotel will authorize unpaid room, tax, urban fees as well as a daily $150 security deposit at the time of check-in. Your final bill will be applied against the authorization and any remaining authorization overage will be released upon check-out. Depending on bank processing times, the release of funds in your account could take up to 30 days. Use of debit cards is discouraged.
