  Went here after going on a cruise. Tried calling for a shuttle pick up after the cruise and was told "You'll see a white van with our logo and they'll be there every 30 minutes." But no location was given. Called a few more times to double check but would always get hung up on or barely understand what was being said to me. The check in person was very sweet and helpful when we arrived. The café worker was nice too. I went to get something from the vending machine and all of a sudden, one of the housekeepers yelled something random at me. They also did some sort of hand gesture and I immediately went to my room. The room had a musky smell, as well as a foul smell in the bathroom. Later that night, I could constantly hear my neighbors slamming their doors and talking louder and louder by the minute. My son wasn't a fan of that and wanted to leave so badly. Overall, this hotel will shuttle you to and from the Miami Airport with no issues. Do your research and find something that'll give you a good experience vs what my son and I went through.

  One of the worst hotels to stay when you book with expedia although it shows brkfast included be careful they might not let you use brkfst they ask you to call expedia and they make you embarrassed infront of people after long time they they will apologize and give you cupons. There won't be any mistake from your end it will be their systems thats what they say. I feel little racist environment. Rooms are disaster cheap quality commodes. They have phones that doesn't work. Their pickup are scam you will be squeezed and will be waited for long. Don't think or fall for free brkfst and free airport pickup like i did 🤣Will never go to this palce again🙏🏻

  “I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Miami International Airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient, but what truly made my stay exceptional was Elizabeth at the front desk. She was professional, welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Outstanding customer service like hers is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your kindness and dedication. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return 😊 soon 🫶✨♥️

  Front desk personnel were rude and hotel manager didnt showed up when I complained about they charging me for late check out which was not fair, even though I am ihg member. Rooms old, outdated and stinky, really dissapointing. Needs cleaning attention. Doors creak and get stuck when closed, they seem to be painted over many times. Breakfast is not included, nobody in the frontdesk said so, and the service at the restaurant in floor 9 was average with very bad ranchero eggs offered. Won’t recommend this as a breakfast option. Good thing is they are close to the airport with shuttle service. Won’t recommend.

  Hotel is in need of updating. Our room had sticky warn out carpet, old drapes and a noisy air conditioner. The elevator floors were torn up with pieces of the laminate flooring missing. The staff was not that friendly. We thought our stay included a complimentary breakfast, but we had to pay for it & it wasn’t that good. Overall, we will not stay in this hotel again. It is a disappointment coming from a Holiday Inn. The 1 positive thing about our stay, was the free airport shuttle.
