  Very poor the service the building is old , its hard to open the door .receptionist especially the lady is not accommodating. And the web cite is confusing. It says free breakfast thats why i booked but when we come to claim the breakfast is said its not included, but in your site it says breakfast included. You supposed to give us extra seevice because we have a reservation last sept 6 bit unfornately ther was a accident in miami argort and out flght cancelled and you dont have reconsideration on it you did not give us a refund . We dont want this hotel for others . 👎👎👎👎

  Don’t stay here!!!!! Everything is HORRIBLE!!! Having surgery and will be bed bound for my 5 day stay and I’m stuck here!! Don’t book you will regret it. They won’t even give you a refund to go somewhere else either. Absolutely worst experience of my life during this time!!!!!!!!!!!

  it was difficult to reach someone over the phone to find a live person Because I came in at 1:30 in the morning and they put me on hold I stayed one night The key was not programmed to get in my room. They have to send someone number two. The rugs are very difficult to move with my wheels with my suitcase I returned to stay four days Two weeks later I stayed on the sixth floor and the carpets were disgusting and dirty and smelled like urine They need to be steam cleaned Front desk issues it was challenging speaking to the front desk people especially Elizabeth needs more training in customer service. I asked her simple questions and all she said was I apologize with no training to speak to adults Also, I stayed on the sixth floor and there was a party going on and I called the front desk and they did lower it a little bit, but it was bass loud music Till two in the morning I asked for the air-conditioning to be turned on in the gym Spoke to Jordan, he said yes But his body language didn’t want to take time to do it and of course, no air-conditioning was provided The deli is wonderful great food till two in the morning, which was very convenient. The empanadas need to be fresh,I bought one 1️⃣ n the afternoon and it was very old and dry The best part of my trip was the drivers who picked me up and every half hour shuttle service.with no signs To assist Percy was very professional and he followed up to ask me if I had any issues and he was knowledgeable and friendly

  We ended up in a room where one of the beds actually reeked a urine to the point where I had to switch to the other bed. And my son slept on the floor. P.S. (to owner, I addressed it at 3am on 8/22 with the front desk clerk whom I shared my email, and telephone number. He stated he would share this with the manager, who would call me and as of yet, no one has)

  I’m very disappointed with Holiday Inn and with how this situation was handled. I booked the hotel and realized immediately afterwards that I had selected the wrong date. I contacted Hotels.com as soon as I noticed the mistake, and I also contacted the hotel directly. I even called the hotel to explain the situation and asked if it would be possible to move the booking one day earlier. Unfortunately, I was not given any meaningful help or flexibility. What makes this especially disappointing is that this is supposed to be part of our honeymoon after getting married. We were simply hoping to change the reservation by one day, but despite contacting both Hotels.com and the hotel, we were unable to get any assistance. I understand that booking policies exist, but I believe there should be some consideration for genuine mistakes, especially when the customer contacts you immediately and the request is simply to move the stay by one day. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of flexibility. This experience has unfortunately taken some of the excitement out of what was supposed to be a very special trip.
