I have been staying at this hotel every time I come to Miami for almost two years and the service I receive have been nothing short of incredible, rooms are always clean, workers are always willing to help in anyway they can, beds are comfortable and it’s 5 minutes away from the airport.

Super disappointed because we were in the Panama earthquake and we contacted the hotel as soon as we knew we weren’t going to make it. They basically said tough luck and thanks for the money. They refused to refund our prepayment which is really unfortunate given the circumstances.

Cama e chuveiro excelentes.

Gracias. Saludos y buen fin de semana.
