- DDDanaAug 5, 20262.0Stayed from July 16th to the 20th. The hotel is only 2 floors its a little outdated still nice and in a convenient location. The 16th checked in changed room from the 1st to 2nd floor, didn't want people in the courtyard to be able to look into the hotel room. As soon as we checked into the room maintenance came to check the AC, I ask how to work it cause it was set at 68 wanted to make the room cooler. The 17th out all day and night came back the room was very warm was too tired to call front desk. Woke up on the 18th the thermostat read 85 the room was hot, call the Front desk maintenance came. Called the morning of the 19th the room was hot again, maintenance came the ac was broke he offered us another room, we were leaving in the morning. Checked out the morning of the 20th asked to speak to management was told they would give me a call. Call the hotel seversal times since, no manager on duty and no one has called me back it's now 8/5/26. They should not rent a hotel room that has a broken ac unit, Miami in July is like an oven!
