  Por donde empezar... el primer día en recepción nos tuvieron 40 minutos para darnos la habitación. Antes del saludo, viene el tarjetazo. Cargos y más cargos, Supuestamente de seguros (Exacto como pensaba, sobrecargas que jamás devolveran) al volver a mi país, nos cobraron 400$ de cargos, jamás respondieron mails. ESTAFADORES!!!! Al llegar a la habitación, nos percatamos que son ventanas fijas, imposible ventilar el olor a humedad. Camas incomoda, poco aire, olor a sucio. El.buffet desayuno es pago, y más básico que un desayuno cubano. Pan y algún huevo. Todos exigen propinas y taxes. Un precio de 20$ se transforma en 30$. Mucha mala predisposición de trabajadores eventuales, migrantes todos. Depende quien te toque. Gaston un "gerente de turismo", nos vendió mal una excursión.(son reventas de dudosa legalidad). Lo único lindo, es el mar y la fauna presente en el sector piscina. MAL SERVICIO, INSTALACIONES Y PRECIO. NO TIENE PARKING. COBROS SIN AUTORIZACIÓN!!! ESTAFAN.

  Que mala experiencia en este hotel el personal de Front desk pésimo servicio les pedí toallas para el cuarto y me dijo que llamaría a la recamarera y nunca llegó nadie a darme toallas pero si te cobran hasta para meterte ala piscina nos dijeron que para la playa teníamos derecho a una sobirlla y fuimos temprano y nunca armaron las sombrillas ni las sillas los únicos empleados amables fueron los de del valet parking la verdad esta vez no me gustó para nada el servicio

  An Amazing Oceanfront Stay with Exceptional Hospitality We stayed at the Holiday Inn Miami Beach-Oceanfront for six nights during our visit to Miami, and honestly, the experience exceeded all our expectations. We chose the hotel for its location, but what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality provided by the entire team. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special thank you goes to Ms. Ana at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, patient, and extremely helpful during check-in. We encountered an issue with our credit card payment upon arrival, but she remained calm and supportive throughout the process, exploring different options and helping us complete the payment successfully after several attempts. Her positive attitude and dedication immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The breakfast experience each morning was another highlight. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Claudia, the receptionist, whose warm smile and welcoming personality made every morning start on a positive note. Special thanks also go to the amazing servers Maria, Kaira, and Anitha, Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine passion for customer service were evident every day. They consistently served guests with smiles and made us feel more like family than hotel guests. The hospitality extended far beyond the front desk and restaurant team. The concierge staff were always helpful, the housekeeping team kept the property clean and comfortable, and even the gardeners contributed to the beautiful appearance and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. It was clear that everyone took pride in their work. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was greatly appreciated during the Miami summer weather. The complimentary morning coffee in the lobby was also a nice touch and something we looked forward to each day. The outdoor facilities were excellent. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and having direct access to the beach made the experience even more enjoyable. Whether relaxing by the pool, walking along the beach, or simply enjoying the oceanfront setting, the hotel provided a perfect environment for a memorable vacation. What impressed us most was the consistency of the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It is rare to find a hotel where hospitality is demonstrated so naturally across every department. Thank you to Ms. Ana, Claudia, Maria, Kaira, Anitha, and the entire Holiday Inn Miami Beach-Oceanfront team for making our six-night stay such a joyful and memorable experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

  I made a reservation for two rooms on booking.com for Holiday Inn Miami Beach and upon arrival they charged me two extras charges of $47.88 and $52.43 and did not refund them. They said each room would have a $50 incidental and damage deposit that would be refunded. They refused to provide any detailed invoice or receipt nor let us know what the charges were for. They are giving us the run around and will not explain these charges. We called and asked if we had booked through them, would they have charged us those random charges, and the girl accidentally said they might be charging you more for using a different site. They did not give an invoice and will not tell us why they added extra charges. They are scammers and fraudsters. Stay away from this Holiday Inn. I just reported them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). *The beach was filled with kelp and my kids couldn’t play on the shore. Super disappointment!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at Holiday Inn Miami Beach Oceanfront was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly welcomed. Ana at the front desk greeted me with great kindness, helped me through the entire check-in process, and did everything possible to have my room ready as quickly as possible, allowing me to rest after a long trip to Miami. Throughout my stay, all the staff members were extremely polite, attentive, and helpful — a quality that I consider essential in any hotel experience. The hotel is excellent: comfortable rooms, everything very clean, organized, and in perfect condition. The location is also fantastic. However, I would like to give special thanks to Quevie. During one day of my stay, I experienced my first kidney stone attack, something that had never happened to me before. I was in a lot of pain and quite frightened. As soon as I asked for help, she acted immediately, contacting the emergency team and ensuring that I received assistance as quickly as possible. In less than 10 minutes, I was already being attended to in my room and shortly afterward was taken to the hospital. I would also like to thank the gentleman who was working with her at the hotel entrance at that moment, whose name I unfortunately did not get the chance to ask. Both of them provided me with support, care, and reassurance during a very difficult time. If I am well today and everything ended in the best possible way, part of that is certainly due to the speed, compassion, and dedication with which I was assisted. I am deeply grateful for all the help I received. For all these reasons, I recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Without a doubt, on my future visits to Miami Beach, I will stay here again.
