  Es un Hotel fantástico. La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca de muchos medios de transporte y muy céntrico. La atención es óptima. Te tratan como familia, te hacen sentir que estás en casa. Gracias por todo Ana, Haydee, Zygoo, Armani, Alexis, David, Daniel, Gastón. Son todos una maravilla de personas. Te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y con una calidez preciosa. Los quiero y los voy a extrañar!!! Hasta la próxima!!!! 110% Recomendable!!!!

  Haydee y el equipo del hotel hacen que una experiencia que ya es bonita sea mucho mejor, te hacen sentir cómodo y bien atendido. Es mi parada fija en Miami Beach, 100% recomendado.

  From the moment I arrived, Quevie made my birthday stay feel truly special. She was so warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, and I could tell right away that she truly wanted my experience to be the best it could possibly be. I chose Holiday Inn Miami Oceanfront to celebrate my birthday because of the great value, the beautiful beachfront location, the pool, the yoga classes, and the delicious breakfast. I also wanted a spacious and comfortable room where I could enjoy this special time with my mom and my daughter. She really listened to what I was hoping for and did everything she could to make it happen. She helped make sure we had a beautiful, spacious room facing the beach, which made my birthday feel even more special. What I appreciated most was how attentive she was throughout my stay. There were a couple of small things that needed to be taken care of, and she handled them so quickly and smoothly. I never felt like I had to worry about anything because she was always available, proactive, and ready to help. More than anything, She made me feel genuinely cared for. She was professional, sweet, and incredibly thoughtful, and that made such a difference in my experience. I left with such a beautiful memory of my birthday stay with my mom and my daughter.   Llegamos la primera semana de Setiembre con mi familia, y nos hicieron esperar 1 hora porque la habitación no estaba lista, luego cuando pedí información me dijeron que el sistema ahora se había caído. Nos hicieron esperar más de 3 horas. En ningún momento se disculparon por hacernos esperar o por los inconvenientes. En la recepción estaban jugando entre ellos mientras habia unas 4 familias esperando las habitaciones. No volvería no solo por el pésimo servicio , sino porque las habitaciones tenian suciedad como en las cortinas y algunos elementos dañados del baño. El restaurante mayormente estaba cerrado y no atendían. Definitivamente No vuelvo a este hotel, deberian hacer algo urgente con la gente de recepción y de servicio a la habitación que son grosera. Les recomiendo si quieren ahorrarse un terrible momento, escojan cualquier OTRO hotel.

  Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette hôtel. Il est bien placé pour visiter Miami ou juste se balader sur la plage avec accès direct. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais elle avait l'air agréable. La chambre était impeccable, très propre et les lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner même chose très bon. Le personnel était très sympathique également 👍
