  Location is great. Short walk to the beach.. I would give a -5 on the quality.. 1st room had kitchen lights that wouldn't work, stove top broke and kitchen table top glass top about to fall off.. 2nd room light bulbs missing and tv wouldn't work.For the price, This place needs a major maintenance/inspection... Do not recommend if your on a time crunch...

  These people are scammers do not stay here if you want to have a good time! my whole trip was a hassle, the parking was horrible and unprofessional nobody knew how much it was nor if it was 24hours in and out parking or just until 1pm from when your car was taken into the garage.. another thing is the room basically had no ac they had the ac on 85 when i got in the room and the lowest it would go is 82 which is absolutely ridiculous. the bed was as hard as a rock and the hot water did not last more than 15-30 minutes! another thing if u want to book here for the bath tub DONT! we booked a room with a bath tub but our bathtub had no stopper, we called front desk for one and they couldnt help so we stopped the water with a sock which would’ve done the same thing as a stopper! when we finished using the bathtub we were called saying we flooded the room below us as if it was our fault. why would they book a room with a bathtub that wasnt able to be used! absolutely absurd this place is literally just a money grab. no one knows anything thats going on, you ask them a question and they never have an answer. do not stay here if you want to enjoy your trip and not spend unnecessary money!

  Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel offered a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly attitude of everyone we encountered. It was a fantastic experience overall, and we would definitely stay here again.

  A truly delightful stay! The hotel created such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere that we immediately felt at ease. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff’s warmth and professionalism made a real difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly return in the future.

  I just checked in…. The room is dirty overall. The walls… the patio furniture… there is holes in the wall.. the furniture is dirty and dusty.. they said it’s a full kitchen, but please don’t be fooled THIS ISNT A FULL KITCHEN! It’s basically 2 microwaves. You can’t cook home cook meals here there is NO oven.. REALLY upset that there is no hot!! The website lies! And also the guy that checked me in assured me there was a hot tub, I got up there and found out the hot tub isn’t working!! So so very very upset! The two reasons i booked this hotel was for a full kitchen and hot tub and neither of those things exist! I paid over 1,200 for this stay so I am very very thankful happy and hope this review saves someone from making this same mistake as I did!!! Don’t come here! It’s not worth it!!!!!!!!!! Choose Marriott I wish I would’ve 🤧 damn now I’m stuck here for 3 nights just sad and unhappy 😞 this isn’t what vacation was supposed to be! I come to Miami every year and this here Boulan south is the wiser hotel over ever been at in Miami! Dang it! This sucks so bad 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 No bathroom space on sink in bathroom. So space where microwave is at… cluttered very much!! They even make you pay for making coffee smh🤦🏽‍♀️ after 2 free cups and I’m here for 4 days and 3 nights!!! Wow what a rip off!
