  Wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re on a tight budget. I arrived later in the evening, and the person at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me after I’d been standing there for 30 seconds and they weren’t doing anything. Made me feel awkward, like I was inconveniencing them by checking in. No on site parking if you get there late. “Just come and ask them at 12noon tomorrow if there’s any”. The walls between the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything. AC intermittently turns on and off and that’s just the built in setting. Location is truly far from the main attractions and area in South Beach as well.

  We arrived early after our cruise on July 5. We got there about 9am couldn't check-in until 4pm suck but the rule is the rule. I paid for the Balcony | Suite-2 Double Beds through priceline. We seeing so many people check out but since our room was a suite with balcony it was understandable we had to wait. Now about 1pm another family show up. I hear them speaking about the same style suite. However, the guy at the front desk check them after about 1 hour wait while we was sitting right there the entire time , I was extremely upset 😡. I went back to front he told me the room will be ready a 4pm. 4:15 I went back to the front a lady name Marie check us in right away. However, she put us in room 408 no balcony what so ever. Half my money should've be refund since I didn't get what I paid for. On the company's website it clear show what a Balcony | Suite-2 Double Beds is. As a matter of fact room had a sofa bed , 2 queen beds and a roll up bed to sleep 6. I have a family of 4 and paid for the balcony , but unfortunately the guy at the front desk overlook the fact we was there 1st , 5 hours before the other family showed whom he make sure to give the room 1st. I hate to think race play a part in this this but there's no other way to view this.

  One of the worst hotel ever. One star is even way too high for them. Should have been a 0 star. Staff was SO rude, not helpful at all (especially the black gentlemen) The cleaning service was SUPER TERRIBLE. Did not clean our rooms ONLY GIVE us a towel but did not tidy our beds. AND NOT TO MENTION. THE CLEANING SERVICE DID NOT CLOSE OUR DOOR PROBABLY AND THAT COULD LEAD TO MAJOR SAFTEY CONCERNS!!! WHEN THEY CAME TO CLEAN OUR ROOMS, THE DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED AND WAS NOT CLOSED PROPERLY WHEN WE CAME BACK TO OUR ROOMS!! (We locked our doors already and came back and it was not closed properly). NIGHTMARE. Our stuff was luckily not stolen but PLEASE THAT COULD BE A HUFE SAFTEY THEFT CONCERNS!! AIR CONS WAS TERRIBLE. LOUD. It was on and off. Should have been a better customer service and experience given this was my first time Miami.

  One of the worst hotel in Miami. The staff was rude, room not clean, air conditioner was super loud and cannot be adjusted. It was on and off with a loud noice. Fridge also very loud. Just avoid this hotel. The black gentlemen staff who too charge of the night shift was super rude. The charged us with a wrong rate and not willing to explaina anything. When we tried to calculate he got annoyed and said "I don't have time for this" then just walk away. I'm I staying in a free hotel or something? Come on, you can be better than that. You're on the night shift, what you gotta do all night? You work in customer service, in a service sector. Bad soon, bad service, everything was so bad. Safety was worst. Can enter the floor without needing a card. Anyone can walk in.

  Good: -they have complimentary beach towels, chairs, amd umbrellas -walking distance to the beach -pool, fitness center, jet ski rental close, restaurant on site -ocean view from select rooms Bad: -maintenence is poor (the iron leaked water, there are cracks and chipped paint everywhere, carpets need vacuuming, there was a hair in one of the towels -we booked a double roo. For 2 adults and 2 children, there were 2 towels (including the one with the hair) and no rags, I had to go to the desk to get those essentials, tried calling for the items but could not get through with the room phone; they did not have rags for us to use for bathing -no microwave in the room Neutral: -parking is very limited and is not free -breakfast is $20/person
