    Check-in was smooth and easy. We were initially given a room that honestly was not very nice — it was quite dark and had a very small double bed. I honestly do not understand why hotels in Miami use carpets, since they tend to hold humidity and it feels like they are rarely cleaned properly. However, I went to the reception desk, and the lady there was so kind and helpful that she changed our room without any issues. The new room was very spacious, full of closets and storage space, so we had plenty of room to unpack. It also had a large bed and smelled wonderful, so thanks to her, our hotel experience became much better. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff there were also very friendly and professional. The hotel has direct access to the beach, where they provide both sunbeds and towels. The only thing that surprised me was that they charge 10 dollars for receiving an Amazon package delivered to the hotel. Around the hotel there is not much nearby — there is one restaurant across the street that makes good pizza, and a CVS on the corner.

    My family came down for my Birthday and a appointment I booked though a 3 party and going over the photos made it seem like a good place to stay, price wasn’t worth it, the pillows wasn’t comfortable at all, the hallway and rooms had a smell of mold but was covered up by some kind of air freshener and cleaning products,the pool need to have a deep cleaning it was green algae around it. And it’s crazy that you have to play 50 dollars to park at a hotel that you already paid an arm and leg to stay at. The garage was full so we had to pay to park and risk getting towed if you forgot your time was out, I spent over 40 dollars to park in the park mobile app( which is a big rip off).back to the hotel I find it’s crazy you can’t take your breakfast back to your room the you paid extra for, this hotel need a total remodel…..

    I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my current reservation and the way this situation has been handled so far. When I booked and paid for my room, the reservation clearly stated “Ocean View.” At no point during the booking process was it indicated that the room would have only a partial ocean view. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a room with only a partial view, which is not what I paid for and not what was advertised in my reservation confirmation. Additionally, I am very concerned about the lack of assistance and professionalism I have experienced from the supervisor on duty. Instead of providing a solution, I was simply told that nothing could be done and that I could cancel my reservation and lose my money. I do not believe this is an appropriate way to handle a guest concern, especially when the hotel did not provide the room category that was purchased.

    The area and location of this hotel were great, everything we needed was nearby, and there was a private gate leading directly to the beach. They also included beach chairs and an umbrella for free, which was a huge plus. Every employee we interacted with was very sweet, helpful, and accommodating. We originally got the wrong room, but staff changed it immediately with no issues and made the process very easy. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs a lot of work and maintenance. The rooms smelled strongly like mildew, and it seemed like the smell was being covered up with overpowering cleaning product scents. The room overall did not feel very clean. Some towels had stains, and the shower soap containers were broken and falling apart. The AC barely worked and constantly shut off throughout the night, leaving my husband and me sweating while trying to sleep. When we reported it, we were told there was nothing they could do because “that’s just the unit.” We also heard some kind of animal scratching inside the wall during the night, which was pretty unsettling. It honestly feels like the owners are neglecting the property instead of keeping up with needed upgrades and repairs. Around the pool area, the chairs were extremely old and permanently dirty, the pool itself was very small, had visible rust inside, and there were bugs floating in it. The room also had a cushion chair covered in multiple mysterious stains that looked filthy. Overall, the staff and location were the best parts of the stay, but the hotel conditions seriously need improvement.

    EACH YEAR MY STAY AT THE HOTEL GET WORSIER AND WORSIER. I ALWAYS REQUEST THE CORNER BALCONY ROOM AND NEVER GET ONE. I ALWAYS BOOK MONTHS IN ADVANCE BECAUSE I KNOW HOW IT COULD BE FOR MY BIRTHDAY. I TRAVEL ALL THE WAY FROM GA SO I CAN HAVE A GOOD TIME IN MIAMI. I ALSO DRIVE AS WELL. THERE NEVER IS A OPTION FOR ME TO CHECK IN EARLY AND MONEY ISNT THE ISSUE. BUT IT HAVE IT ON THE WEBSITE WHEN I BOOKED. THE PARKING AT THE HOTEL IS HIDEOUS, MY TRUCK ISNT SMALL BUT THE SMALL SPACES MAKES IT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO PARK. THERE IS ALOT OF SIGNS THAT STATES MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OR DAMAGE OF YOUR VEHICLE. IN WHICH THEY SHOULD IF WE ARE PAYING TO PARK AND NOT ONLY THAT…. THATS THE ONLY PLACE TO GET PARK DUE TO THE STREETS ARE FULL OF WORKERS THATS UNLOADING MERCHANDISE OR WHATEVER. AN ALSO I HAVE OVER 13,000 POINTS ON THE WEBSITE BUT CANT USE THEM TOWARDS MY STAY, THATS CRAZY… BUT BACK TO THE CORNER BALCONY ROOM I REQUESTED ITS ALWAYS AND EXCUSE WHY THEY DONT WANT ME TO HAVE IT. THEY EITHER SAY THEYRE FIXING ON THE ROOMS OR THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. HOW ISNT ONE AVAILABLE WHEN ITS 9 FLOORS. BUT AS ME AND MY HUSBAND WAS CHECKING OUT TO LEAVE.. WE OBSERVED A CAUCASIAN ELDERLY COUPLE LEAVING OUT THE ROOM AND ASKED HOW LONG THEY HAD BEEN THERE? JUST KNOW WE ARRIVED BEFORE AND BOOKED BEFORE THEM.. THEY WAS NICE.. JUST BECAUSE MY SKIN COLOR IS DARK DOESNT MEAN IM WITHOUT EDUCATION. BEST WESTERN ATLANTIC PLUS OF MIAMI FL… DO BETTER..
