I checked in on 8/16. I had my small dog with me so I chose the greener stay points so no one would enter my room. On my 4th day, I asked for sheets and towels from the front desk and Cyrus obliged. When I stripped my bed, the mattress pad had a urine stain and some kind of plastic chips on it that I’ve been sleeping on for four days. The mattress protector that’s under the mattress cover was stained all over. I removed the mattress protector and the mattress looked as though they pulled it in from a homeless camp. It was so disgusting. The windows full of cobwebs and moisture. The window doesn’t even sit in the bracket so the window is open. Toilet seat is loose almost fell off. The toilet and the faucet handle moves as you try to turn the water on. The condition the hotel is in is disgusting. I couldn’t even go on the elevator because the raw materials are exposed and it caused me to cough tremendously so I was stuck with a room on the first floor. Mind you I went to see six different rooms before I was able to even find one that I could somewhat breathe in. I would not recommend staying in that hotel. The best thing about the hotel was my interaction with Rachel and Cyrus at the front desk.

I understand that they are under going reservations, but the first night we got there the lady wouldn't let us stay on the property till check in time. They did let us check in early. The monday morning server was exelent. The cart that you use to put your belongings on to help get things to your room. The wheel was bent and very difficult to manage. The elevator doors will shut on you before you and your party are in the elevator. Our room ceiling was dirty and under the bathroom sink the diry nasty pipe was showing. Half of the outlets did not work in our room. The second night we decide to have drink at the bar. The bar closes at 10 p.m. Which is what is advertised, we got there at 9:20 and was told that the bar was closing in 10 minutes because she was slow!! I told her im a guest and you are open till 10. She still didn't like the fact that she had to serve us. If you didn't feel good u should of stayed home. The manager Rachel tried to make it right and gave a free breakfast, but still doesn't make up for the fact that the bartender was rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her on our vacation, for a job she's supposed to do!! The food is good, but over priced for frozen processed food. There is no air on the second floor hall way or in the elevators. There was no water on our second day, because of maintenance. You definitely should let expedia or priceline know these things. If I would have known and I did book through expedia I would not have booked here if these issues were known.

Beware! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel is overall in very poor condition. We booked two rooms very last minute after another hotel overbooked and didn’t have a suite room available for us. This hotel smells so musty and there is so much mold— ceilings, bathroom, lamp shades. It was even in all the places you’d least expect it. The furniture is falling apart. The only positive was clean sheets and comfortable beds. After the first night, we couldn’t handle the musty smell anymore and asked for a new room. Both of our rooms smelled musty and had mold, but one was significantly worse. We couldn’t switch rooms because they were sold out. The staff did offer to spray our room to cover the scent. We instead asked for dehumidifiers. They told us the hotel was currently undergoing renovations and that could have been causing issues. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. We stayed at the end of July and they said renovations were starting on the 5th floor and working their way down. It seems this hotel has had major water issues and currently isn’t in a safe condition.

We stayed the week of 7/26. Rooms are very dated and in bad need of repair. They are remodeling but have just started. That being said the rooms are not expensive and if you can put up with rust on your towel holder and frayed carpet, etc, then it might be worth it. We stayed on the 3rd floor and I did appreciate that it was quiet and you could not hear anything through the walls/floor/ceiling. Our particular room did not smell but friends of ours stayed down the hall and they reported smell and mold. They did get comped some nights because of it. The staff were incredibly nice but we won’t stay there again. It’s just too needy of repair.
