  Shaw day was amazing at her customer service skills. The rooms are great and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Totally recommend. It will not disappoint the next day I stayed Lauren was the best person. So friendly and attentive couldn’t be happier.

  We had a lunch at Longboards today. We were told to sit anywhere as the restaurant was sparsely occupied. We were promptly fretted by Judy who introduced herself and was immediately engaging with us and made us feel welcome and comfortable at our table. She had presented us with menus and pointed out the specials menu to us. She asked if we wanted any refreshments while we surveyed the menu to which we answered in the affirmative - 2 Bloody Mary’s-. She then politely asked if we also wanted water… be said yes, and then she added, would you like a lemon with the water. These are small details but they show a highly professional attitude and training. She checked on us after every delivery of our fare and was sure to check on us periodically during our 2 hour luncheon.   The location and view are perfect! The staff, especially the valet and bar staff, were friendly and prompt. The beach and pool area were also really nice. The hotel itself needs some updating and repairs. The lobby chairs are worn and dirty. The 6th floor was where we stayed and it smelled horrible as soon as we stepped off the elevator - like makes you nauseous bad. The carpet was really gross! Thankfully, our room was at the other end of the hallway and did not smell like that. The view was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower had a bad mildew/mold buildup issue and there were hairs from a previous guest shaving all over the bathroom sink and counter. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and kept getting stuck. We also noticed on our 2nd morning waking up that the ceiling had mold…the rooms are oceanfront so some humidity is to be expected but nothing was drying - even a piece of paper that had gotten wet never dried after 2 days. This explains why the hotel and room itself had mold issues. Not sure if we would stay again unless there were renovations done.

  La comida del Restaurante es un poco cara y no tiene muy buena calidad. El servicio y el lugar son excelente. Pero hay muchos restaurantes al rededor que son super buenos y mejores precios . Otro aspecto importante es el parqueo en muy incómodo tener que cruzar la avenida para poder parquear queda lejos el auto y con acceso difícil. Por lo demás excelente lugar. Por eso doy 4 estrellas

  Crowne Plaza gave me the kind of beach stay that stays with you. The staff greeted me with warmth that felt like sunshine—attentive, present, and genuinely caring. Every corner of the property is clean, bright, and airy, with outdoor spaces that make you want to breathe deeper and stay longer. The beach living areas are beautifully designed and surprisingly well priced for how elevated they feel. I’ve been working here while training a new service dog, and the venue has been a blessing. The peaceful beachfront atmosphere, the thoughtful staff, and the spacious outdoor areas created the perfect environment for focused training and calm confidence-building. This hotel didn’t just host us—it supported us. I’m grateful for the experience.
