  The hotel website made it feel much cleaner and posh than this place is. We were there only a night passing through so we didn’t bother reporting it to management (also, how could they NOT know?!) but pretty sure there was mold growing on the walls - see photos. Wasn’t a good sign when we opened the humid room door and found a heavy dehumidifier permanently on rattling away in the bathroom. Also, the shower was pretty grunge with hair in the drain. That’s said, the beds linens felt clean and the live music outside at the bar at night was fun. Staff was nice, too, when we would run into them.

  I just checked out of the Crown Plaza hotel after one night (reservation originally for 5 nights) and checked into another hotel. The Crown plaza is disgusting! Rooms are extremely small, dirty, outdated and dark. They sneakily add a $30 resort parking fee. We originally checked in one room, it was so dirty that we requested another room. The 2nd room had a cockroach which we stepped on. We immediately packed up and left. In addition, the staff of the restaurant messed up 3 times on a simple breakfast egg order. All signs led to "get out"! Do not recommend.

  The hotel is in serious need of updates and better maintenance. Mold needs to be properly removed, water damage repaired and remediated, and the property thoroughly cleaned. These conditions can pose a serious health hazard, particularly for immunocompromised travelers. To make matters worse, the elevators were broken, making it difficult and inconvenient for guests to get around. Guest health, safety, and comfort should be a top priority.

  My room was so humid that the floor was slippery and everything was wet. Also my AC wasn’t working properly so the room was hot. I complained 4 times asking for a dehumidifier and repair to the AC. A guy showed up the first time and said he would find a dehumidifier but that the AC was working fine. I was forced to sweat through the night and everything I had was wet from the humidity. Never again.

  I was so disappointed with this experience. While the beds were fairly comfortable, the rooms were not well-kept or maintained. The grout in the shower was moldy/mildewy, the fridge didn't work right, the phone didn't work at all, the balcony door had no safety latch, the doors required a forceful close, and we found someone else's underwear and bathing suit in the room (presumably from a previous stay). The moment we walked up, we had a horrible gas leak smell in the hallway. When I called to report these things to the front desk, I was told that engineering would come upstairs but later found out they were already sent home. No one came to rectify any of these issues during our stay. As far as their response to the gas leak smell? "Oh, okay." The service was disappointing and the cleanliness/upkeep of this hotel was not up to an acceptable standard. We were attending with a large group that had booked in advance, and it was clear that they were not prepared to accommodate this number of guests.
