  This is an empeccable resort ⛵ their professionalism is down to the T...and dot all the i's I will recommend this resort and not to mention their massage spa is something to experience....thanks Eau resort and Spa you will be seeing me again no Cap!!!!!

  I purchased a Signature package at AEU Spa for my partner’s birthday, and I called twice a few days before her appointment specifically to make sure the payment was taken care of. I was told both times that the card had been processed and everything was good, so I felt confident that there would be no issues on her special day. The service itself was great, but unfortunately, at the end of the service, my partner was asked to call me because they said the card had not gone through. This made her feel very uncomfortable on her birthday, and it also upset me because I had already called twice beforehand to prevent exactly this situation from happening. I wanted her to simply enjoy her birthday without having to worry about payment or having to call me. I just wish the situation could have been handled differently and privately, because the end of an otherwise great experience became uncomfortable for both of us.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable 56th Birthday at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa! 🎂🥂🌴💕 What an experience! I celebrated my 56th birthday at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in a Club Level Ocean View room, and I truly could not have asked for a more incredible birthday celebration. 🌊✨ From before we even checked in until the moment we checked out, the service was absolutely unforgettable. ❤️ Before my arrival, I received personalized concierge service from Jamie, the Club Director, and she was AMAZING! She made me feel special before I even stepped foot on the property. 🥰 And then there was Chef Marvin! 👨🏽‍🍳🍽️ Having a chef prepare our meals in the Club Lounge was such a wonderful experience, and Chef Marvin was exceptional. Our Club hosts Vlada, Eliana, and Khadija never missed a beat! 💕 They were attentive, warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Gosh, I’m going to miss them! 🥹❤️ We also spent a day at the spa, and all I can say is… OH. MY. GOODNESS. 😍🧖🏽‍♀️✨ Hands down, one of the BEST spa experiences I have ever had! The ocean-view room 🌊, the Club Level experience 🥂, the incredible service, the spa, and an amazing birthday dinner at Nobu 🍣🥢—everything came together perfectly. Eau Palm Beach didn’t just give me a hotel stay; they gave me a birthday experience I will never forget. 🎂👑💕 56 never looked or felt so good! 🥂✨🎉 Thank you to the entire Eau Palm Beach team for making my birthday so incredibly special. This was truly THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! ❤️🌴🌊🥂🎂 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 experience — I will absolutely be back!

  My recent stay at Eau was a major disappointment. The first room we checked into had soaking wet carpets. We had to checkout immediately. The hotel staff attempted to make things right by upgrading us to a suite. The suite was beautiful, but it had roaches. I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed a massive cockroach on my pillow. Maybe it crawled in from outside, but regardless, I was so disgusted, that I had to checkout at 4AM with my family and my two year old son. All of this with a young child. It was a nightmare. Eau management was apologetic, but they felt this was not worthy of a full refund. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back to Eau. I’ll take my business to Four Seasons instead.

  Fine dining at Nobu resturant ...the three course meal was beautifully presented and flavors did not dissapoint. This luxurious hotel appeared to be clean and well managed and the floor staff were very attentive ....dining there was indeed memorable
