I visited Eau Palm Beach Spa at the Eau Resort & Spa and had an absolutely wonderful experience with my fiancé. A huge shout out to the manager, Robbie, what a customer service driven manager. He is a wonderful, articulate individual and you can tell that customer service and care is in his nature. It seems to come so easy to him. I am someone with a real penchant for complaining, yet we had zero incidents, zero complaints, zero issues. They gave me absolutely nothing to complain about. The proof is in the pudding of Robbie’s managerial expertise, and the fact that his employees are just like him. Specifically Elijah, what a wonderful soul. This guy was busting his butt the entire time I was there, constantly walking around, making sure towels were ready and rolled, water was switched out, everything good, perfect, nice and tidy. We arrived around 10 AM and didn’t leave until 5 PM, doing a full day of activities, events, couples massages, couples rooms, and more. Elijah was working the entire time. I would hire him in a second. Obviously well trained by Robbie.

I was invited by my daughter as a post Mother’s Day luncheon and since we live 2 hours apart we decided that EAU was a half point to meet one another so we made a reservation at breeze to celebrate. I have to say for $135 lunch it wasn’t worth it nor was it good. My
Chicken was extremely dry, the tuna tar tar was very fishy and slimy and not very appealing. The truffle fries were very greasy and we decided no dessert there wasn’t anything chocolate and it was a lot of fruity options so we ran for an ice cream cone elsewhere. Not sure we’ll be back and if we aren’t the hotel we’ll probably leave the resort for meals.
Needless to say we didn’t have a nice lunch sad to say.
After reading some of the negative reviews of The Eau, I have to add my two cents, take it or leave it. I have no idea why those minor incidents occurred, but please read my full review and trust my thoroughness. Reviews matter; they’re the most influential factor in booking decisions. And frankly, I have to believe any unpleasant experience was corrected immediately. The Eau is too exceptional for anything less.
♡♡ I didn’t stay overnight (boo, next month!) but I cannot imagine the rooms being anything less than five star. Let me tell you about my experience. I visited twice, once on a weekday and once on Mother’s Day weekend. Both visits were identical in the best possible way.
Exceptional customer service. Exceptional product. This resort is smaller than you might expect, but in this case, size truly doesn’t matter & bigger isn’t always better. Every detail is intentional. Every associate wants to be there. Walking into The Eau makes you forget real life and remember that genuine customer service still exists and we should still expect it.
♡♡ Attentive, friendly, respectful, and never intrusive, Team Eau elevates the beauty and opulence of the entire experience. The restaurants and bars are exceptional, designed for every taste. The ocean views and pool areas are immaculate, with plenty of attendants. Palm Beach service wrapped in Palm Beach beauty. Nothing beats that. The amenities? Everything you’d expect from a Gaylord Palms level property, without the long walks or overbooked chaos. You can actually get an appointment. Imagine that!!
If you’re in the mood to treat yourself or enjoy a romantic escape, this is heaven. And if it’s a family weekend? Not a problem. Believe it or not, the environment is family friendly. Kids everywhere, allowed to be kids, albeit well behaved ones! wink One of the hardest things for a resort to pull off is creating a comfortable experience for a solo day, a romantic night, and a family weekend, all under one spectacular roof. Mission accomplished at The Eau.
Bravo, ladies and gentlemen. You have our attention. 😉😉
♡♡ I took my time with photos because I wanted to show just how impressed I was and to share a little slice of heaven. Picture yourself in any of them, then go online and book your own “slice,” whatever that looks like for you. Enjoy.
DISCLAIMER: If the photos look “too good to be true,” they aren’t. This is as heavenly as it gets on earth, which, by the way, you’ll forget you’re still on when you’re at The Eau. I am that in love. 💗💗💗💗

I just got back from a stay at this hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nicely appointed. The disappointing part was we were put in a handicap room. The bar in the closet was made for someone in a wheelchair and the shower was as well. We asked to be moved to a regular room and were told the only thing available was a room with 2 double beds. We were there for a wedding and after telling the mother of the bride the wedding planner got involved. Miraculously a room with a king appeared but by that time we had already unpacked and were out to dinner. the attitude we got from the front desk was less than helpful. For what we paid we shouldn't have to compromise. Nothing was offered in the way of compensation. Not much of a chance I'll be going back.
