  I called the Concierge to make reservations and he was supposed to call me and I’m still waiting. I called again and no one picks up the phone. I have stayed there before and the service is not the same.

  Absolutely disgusted with the "new" EAU and it's spa. This is a place that we went to for years. I received a gift card from my husband for my birthday for the spa. He would go with me and not do the services. You can't buy a pass any longer, he can't go to the pool, there is nothing for him to do even when I am spending 325 for one hour. That doesn't include what we would spend on champagne and shopping. Their service has gone to hell since new ownership. They offered to stay there... No way! The Boca Resort is 50 times better. The spa is great and the service is 1000 times better than the EAU. When I asked for a refund for the gift card, they suggested I gift (my birthday gift) to someone else as it is not refundable. No more customer service... You go there and you are paying for an old legacy that no longer exists. Disgusting.

  We chose the Eau Resort to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The Eau provided everything we needed for four night without having to leave the resort, except for a few hours on Worth Ave. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you feel at home. You are greeted by name at every turn. My wife's birthday was properly acknowledged with a welcome gift, a dessert at Nobu and a dessert accompanied by the piano player playing happy birthday at Angle, followed by playing our wedding song. The room was excellent and the sunrises did not disappoint. The pools were beautiful and the service was excellent. I am very grateful to the entire staff for making our 60th birthday celebration what it was intended to be, memorable.

  I just had the most amazing facial with Justine! I can say it’s the best I have ever had to date! She was absolutely incredible! I will definitely be back to book with her. The whole service from the staff and the spa is so peaceful and beautiful!

  Jacob Burman from the pool service was absolutely amazing. His through stellar service was out of this world. Drinks came in every 10 minutes from the pool bar. I didn’t have to wait at all for drinks or any kind of service. Jacob truly cares about his clients. He truly cares about his clients. We will be back to this resort and hope to see Jacob again.
