    Service was absolutely TERRIBLE here - so bad! I called an asked for three nights and took FOREVER to get a response from someone who didn't know this information off the top of their head. Please do better for the next customer! I won't be coming here. If I was this slow in my high-status consulting job based out of the West Coast, I'd be fired!

    Thanks to the wonderful staff at this location. From front desk to housekeeping and kitchen employees, this location was perfect for our visit. Breakfast is always amazing! Quick commute to the coastline beaches in Jacksonville. Hopefully the WaWa nearby is done with the new construction soon as I love their subs lol. Thanks to Kary for accommodating our early checkin, and the evening front desk staff for suggestions on what beach is best. Overall my experience was pretty great. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. 😊

    We came in for a family reunion and the only person that can work the reservation is the manager and she is over a hour late! We drove all night to sit in the flip’n lobby! This manager definitely is not showing an example of being on time. The man before us was over 30 min late for wk because of the mgr! I wish I could go somewhere else! Sleeping in the lobby to wait for mgr to get is not cool! For this to be the GM Manager “Alisha” she is horrible in customer service. To be be over an hour late with absolutely NO empathy for people who have driven all night. She should probably be doing laundry so she don’t have to greet ppl! The lady that was over the food was super nice! Also, let’s be VERY VERY clear…ain’t no Karen here..but I do expect good service especially from someone that calls themselves a manager!
