    We stayed here last month for a night. It was the worst experience ever. In the breakfast area the roof was leaking, the shower knob was loose, the carpet was damp in the room, the pool outside was so dirty... and what not. We did not expect this from Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Really disappointed.

    It was eh. Only stay because I was coming from a long long drive and only stayed for a little. I didn’t have their breakfast. The maintenance really need fix the rooms. Fridge didn’t work. Microwave is eh. Ac sucked. It was at 60 and I was still sweating at night.

    Highly recommend! Employees are very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast!

    Conveniently located, near I 10. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet, which included cheese omelets, sausage links, turkey patties, biscuits, potatoes, excellent gravy, pancakes, cereal, fruit, drinks and yummy cinnamon rolls. We were also very happy about the complimentary coffee in the lobby & their swimming pool. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable with 4 pillows on each bed. The cleaning staff really went above & beyond. However, we were there during a rain storm and our rooms were really wet by the windows, huge puddle in the dining room and hallways also had water. We were told they were scheduled for renovations in the near future. We did have a grouchy receptionist that did not seem to be happy about having to check guests in, we waited 10 minutes for her to even come out from the adjoining back room just to tell us they don't check in guests until 3 pm. She didn't ask our names or even check to see if our rooms were ready (at 1:30 pm). Our room phones did not work, which was a minor inconvenience since there was several of us staying there & it would have been nice to call room to room. Overall, we were pleased & would return once the leak problems are addressed.
