- BRBeth Richards2 days ago1.0Disabled combat veteran (70%) expected to climb to the third floor, with luggage, after speaking to them on the phone. They were nice enough to call before I left homel to tell me the elevator was broken, but then promised me a room on the first floor "I got you." I've been sitting in front of the hotel looking for another hotel in the area for over 15 minutes, there aren't any. The staff won't help, doesn't care. Now they are lying about the phone conversation, we even quoted back that her husband works for the VA, as proof when they tried to deny the conversation. Straight up lying.
