A special thanks to Eileen who manages the front desk. She was absolute pleasure to talk to. Also Ellie and Theresa who work at the hotel were fantastic taking care of breakfast and making our room perfect for us!
- VVVal Carman (Val)May 8, 20265.0After reading some of these reviews that are utterly ridiculous, I mean who expects a manatee to be available just because you are in town they are wild animals and just because you could not see them in your glass bottom boat you wanted to say something bad about the women that were simply telling you what all you could do in this city. But negative people will always leave negative comments and with that being said I give this place five stars, Theresa Julianne and Eileen are so helpful and kind and cheerful and I for one am glad that they are working here because they give this business top notch service and with a smile! And their breakfast buffet OMG it is so good and there are so many things that you have to choose from. I love you guys and you treated me so good and you don't know how much I appreciate that because we traveled over a thousand miles and they truly made it special for us! I almost forgot to mention the pool and the pool area, there is shade out there and places to sit the pool is beautiful and I just loved everything about our stay here. ADDED NOTE: the pool is a mineral and saltwater pool which is amazing for your body. Teresa, Julianne and Eileen are simply AWESOME!!! I didn't mention Nïna and she has the most beautiful smile so sunny and so warming and welcoming so I could not forget about her 🙂🙂 And THE DUKE 😊 ALL OF THE STAFF ARE AWESOME, SIMPLY AWESOME!
