  After the treatment we received it not worth being a member. The front desk check-in lady was really rude, I almost feel like she discriminated against us, her name was Helen. We did try to check in earlier because another Holiday Express hotel let us do it. This one didn't because they didn't have anything available which ok I understand we will come back. When we came back and I feel like Helen was rub the wrong way because It was our turn in line she didn't even say hi, she just told us we need to hold on she has to help the other customer who is a platinum member. Then my husband told her she had skip us, he is a member as well. She had stated that the other lady had pay for more therefore that way she needed two people to check her in, she even said are room wasn't ready and it was already after 3. She also said rudely do you even have your card/ id ready. After that mess we finally got the key to go to the room, the room was ok my husband went to the bathroom to wash up. Then right after he was done housekeeping came in came to change the towels because supposedly the ones in the bathroom were used and he used it, she didn't even knock on the door before coming. The parking lot smells like it has a gas leak and before going to our room there was a pile of garbage against the wall. We also try calling the customer service hotline, it was disconnected and the person never called back. I would recommend booking in another hotel.

  Not only was my stay fantastic without a single issue, but the staff was excellent as well. Especially Rhonda! My plans changed and I ended up at the hotel hours before check in. I was content to just hang out, but Rhonda found a way to get me checked in early! A stressful morning became absolutely peaceful and it really set the tone for the rest of my trip. Thank you Rhonda!

  Some things on every Holiday Inn don't make sense, but I am use to it, and for me, service is the most important. The hotel is clean, the people on the front desk are A+ 5 stars. Our experience was excellent. I would stay there again.

  Nice rooms BUT watch this place.....first they told me my deposit did not go thru and I had to show the lady at the desk on my phone that it went thru and she said ohhhh no apologies...then this morning my key didn't work so I go to the desk to get a new one....told her my room number and gave her my id and she said you are not Mr. DOMINGEZ with my ID in her hand....then she realized and never said sorry....nice place nice rooms good breakfast but the front desk people need better training or something
