  I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is ideal, right off I-95, 10 miles away from everything. The property has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Free parking, comfy beds, great big bed pillows, nice large bathroom towels, black out window shades, extra large rooms with microwave & mini-frige. A complete, hot breakfast included in the price, a gym, a pool, laundry area, free coffee served 24/7 and best thing is it's super clean! Not to mention friendly & efficient staff, I'm talking about Kaylee who went above & beyond. Rocky also deserves to be mentioned for his attention to details.... all in all, a great stay!

  Actually, I booked this at the last minute, like 5 hours before getting there. I saw the price (which was in the range that I expected, but on the lower end) and that prompted me to look further. I saw the pictures, but still wasn't highly impressed, but booked it anyway. Once we (hubby) finally turned onto the street, I felt a sense of relief because I immediately saw the RaceTrac gas station I knew I was in a good spot😄. The street was filled with a variety of gas stations and other familiar restaurants. We arrived at 2:39 a.m. and there was actually someone waiting at the desk! He was very cordial, he greeted us with a little bit of enthusiasm for that time of morning. He gave us our keys to the room (1st floor). We stepped inside and it was very nice and so cool!! It didn't have a smelly smell!!! It smelled like fresh linen!! The bathroom was very clean and modern. The shower was nice as well. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but there will definitely be a next time!!! The pictures do not give the living space justice!! It's much, much better in person! We left after two days, but I could've stayed another week or two there!!

  2 night stay. Got there and they gave me a room that had not been cleaned yet. So they give me another room. This time across from elevator, which okay someone has to be in there. Breakfast was scarce and half the items were slowly being refilled, but hardly. The breakfast area was a trashy disaster and Noone cleaning it up. I left Saturday and came back and my room key didnt work, went to front desk 5 people checking in. I stand in line and wait for 30 mins because the person cannot figure something out on their system. No customer service, dirty, would not recommend to anyone. I travel for work and mostly stay at IHG. This is by far the dirtiest and worst Ive stayed at across the country

  We liked the room until we didn't, my wife and I arrived and checked in on 5/29 and check out was on 5/31. At first we got to our room which did look nice but then issues started there was no hot water from check in to check out and talking with other guest they too had this problem how can you have people stay at your hotel without hot water? When I spoke with the front desk on multiple occasions they kept saying sorry you need to talk to management, but they weren't available to speak with at the hotel? Other issues such as Laundry area no working lights by units and coin operated but couldn't supply change to use

  This holiday Inn express and suites is conveniently located just minutes off the interstate. There is self parking on-site for you. The have a pool and an exercise room for you to use. The rooms are a nice size with refrigerator and a microwave. There is a hot breakfast for all guest.
