  This IHG property is great, its out by Lakeland Airport you can see the run ways and all the plane hangers etc...but surprisingly you do t hear the planes. The staff is excellent and its not right in town/city so you dont have to worry about a lot of traffic.

  I was in this area for work. My job has a way of being especially demanding at time not mention working outside. The service, amenities, and facility itself is top notch. Breakfast was good and even had healthy choice available that was actually food you would want to eat. But a key part to it was and is the staff. Danielle, hope I spelled that right, works the front desk. She always has an inviting smile and is super efficient in providing services or just info about the hotel and surrounding area. 10/10!!! When having to stay somewhere for work, places like this make being away not so bad. It’s a hotel you would actually look forward to staying i

  This hotel is really beautiful. I really wish I had more time to take pics and explore, but I was there because of work so a lot of late nights early mornings for me. I appreciate the accommodation they were able to complete during check in. Although the initial process was a bit rocky. Things eventually smoothed out and worked out. Deandre has a very strong, vibrant personality. It's apparent that he's good at his job and enjoys it. I appreciate his help during process. They have quite the breakfast availability. Really loved that. The only problem I had with breakfast is the start time. Breakfast is from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, and if I'm being frank 7:30 is a late start time. Especially if you are trying to be on the road at like 8:30 or 9am and you have a family to get ready. Outside of that the amenities are great, really wish I could enjoy them more. What stood out most to me was the response and safety steps the staff took when my two year left the room without us knowing. I appreciate the promptness, the care and attention to get my son back to us quickly and safe. Overall would definitely visit again when it's leisure and I'm in the area.

  Highly recommended. Very nice rooms with a kitchenette, sofa, and desk, comfortable beds, very nice breakfast buffet, and congenial service. I do wish they would offer a show shuttle for Sun 'n Fun week.
