  The staff are very friendly and the check in and out process are quick. The hotel smells pretty good but the spray they use is very overwhelming. The lobby area is very clean and looks to have been recently updated. There is plenty parking available in the back. The beds were comfortable but the room was a 5/10 on the cleanliness. The air conditioning smelled pretty bad. The top comforters seemed to not have been cleaned in awhile. The mini fridge is a nice size and there is a full sized microwave as well. There is a train that blows the horn 3-5 times multiple times throughout the night which made sleeping uncomfortable. The free breakfast is not good at all despite the variety, the scrambled eggs were hard and tasted like powder with not enough liquid added. Overall, my family would not choose to stay here again.

  They really don't seem to care about how they treat people here. They also are lying to everyone they don't Supply queen beds here. They supply doubles/full beds. If you have booked a queen here just know you were scammed. Manager told us he would help us get a better bed and never got back to us. Said he barely is in because he owns several other hotels. Queen's are 60 x 80 and fulls.and doubles run at 54-55x75-78 al matters on the type.

  It's a lovely hotel, it's very modernized. It's in the industrial area of Lakeland near publix's warehouses, other than that I have no complaints. The breakfast is great,lobby and eating area is magnificent clean, and with modern seating. The lobby is clean, stylish, with a very art Deco metropolitan look. The room I had, had a great bathroom with this very small sitting room, but it did exactly what it needed to do. Young lady at the front desk was very kind and professional. Staff was present, but not present. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the Lakeland area. I give this hotel an 8/10. Location was the only downside, But Lakeland has gotten so big, everything is far from everything else
