We're in town due to a family member being in the ICU. Everyone staff member I've dealt with here has been helpful and accommodating. From the first night when I didn't have a block for my charging cord and Richard found me one, to the housekeeper who interacted with my Captain America mask wearing 6-year-old asking if he had caught any bad guys, to the desk clerks who refunded me reserved days on my stay when my family member was suddenly transferred to another ICU, I couldn't have asked for better service. The DVD player in my room with shelves of DVDs to borrow were so helpful in keeping my LO occupied when we were able to make it back to the hotel between hospital visits. The pool gave us a break and a much needed place to expend built up energy. The breakfast was wonderful and helped us start our days well. I can't say enough, though, about the staff. They've made a trying time a bit easier. Thank you all

Chelsea is the best. We had a really rough day traveling and she made us feel so welcomed, she showed empathy for what we had been through, and did everything she could to make our stay amazing. Thank you Chelsea!!
