We were upsold on the breakfast because it had real eggs, sausages, bacon and the whole fixings. It was only $1.99 each, but when other hotels offer the same for free, we thought, must be a great breakfast. Spend the money and go out for breakfast, not even orange juice. Terrible! Management should be ashamed of that breakfast, not even hot water for tea. The bed was all sagged in the middle on both sides. Hotel is definitely showing its age. Will we stay there again - NO. With so many other hotels out there, they need to improve!

Something up with this place, man. Got checked in, went to the first room — Room 403 — man look, I called them up and told them, there’s either cat piss or mold in here, but something is funky up in here. Also hvac in there was clunky and loud, making it def a room i couldn’t do. No problem, switched me out right away to 6th floor. Ok that room smells fine. But yeah in general, rooms are a “little dated” as they might say. I clocked that the coffee in the hotel lobby had a spill around 5pm check in time. The next morning, same coffee same spill. But lemme back up, let’s talk about these elevators. Using the elevators with the noises and the rickityness, hearing stories that the maid staff have to lift the carts sometimes cuz they don’t open on the floor the right way, AND the service certificates in the units have a date of expiration in August when it’s October, get me praying for my safety every time. After the room switch and the elevator thing, I get to lookin on reviews. Like did I miss something? Yeah - as of late a few people complaining about unsanitary conditions, mold, and elevators. With who I’m assuming is management saying they’ll address it. It’s not addressed, clearly, but you got some legit health and safety stuff going on here. So you can save your apologies on my review - you’ve been told. I’m just letting people know, it’s a shitshow over here. For the same money — THE SAME MONEY— get over to that Marriott or something. At this point, I just wanted a bed and a shower, and now I’m lookin at the shower kinda funny. Like huh, am I gonna catch something in there? Maybe I should wait for the next hop and hotel I’m at to even shower bro, I don’t trust it. Oh and I got breakfast this morning and on the way in, bro there was a whole lady who got her $1.99 refund on because she said the breakfast was terrible. I think it’s just regular hotel breakfast, but it’s the kind where people usually get it for free. If I had paid like $7.99 for it, I’d be pissed for sure. Anyways the coffee was brewing and they referred me to that day old spilled coffee out front. I’m just skeeved out man, then a dude started hitting on me in a “are you alone here” way and I just need to gtfo. Like bro, your hotel has mold, cat piss, it’s dirty, the breakfast garbage, the elevator out of order, and now yall are so run down you’re becoming the type of place where skeevy dudes come to ask women if they’re traveling alone, bro. Unsafe, unclean, uncool.

Google shows 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star at best. Room was dated and dimly lit. Very damp. Had to crank the AC down to 63 to get moisture out of the room. Bathrooms old and showing lots of wear. However, the service is great, beds are comfortable, and the amenities are on point.

Good breakfast: cost us a little for adults, free for kids. 2 elevators: 1 was out of order and the other was kind of slow. Indoor pool was not heated so it was pretty cold to us. Our TV remote wouldn't work so the staff changed the batteries but then the TV didnt work because of the rainy weather. Ruby Tuesdays is right next door so you don't have to go far for lunch or dinner. Nice staff, clean room.

We always stay IHG, and this was probably the worst that we’ve had. The rooms were very outdated. Peeling and chipping MDF doors for the bathrooms. Cracked marble in the shower. Almost got trapped in the elevator, only for the to put an “out of order” sign on it 5 minutes after I got off. The stairs right outside of the elevator only lead to the kitchen on the first floor, so we had to go back up to the 4th floor and across the hotel to the other staircase to access the first floor. Morning kitchen staff acted inconvenienced at any request or question. They ran out of ingredients for French toast even though it was only 7:30am. The saving grace was the front desk staff, who were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
