Quiero destacar la amable atención de todo su personal, en la recepción, de Sophia, venta de Tickets Gustavo, y, muy especialmente de Yosmerkys en el centro de actividades de niños, una maravillosa persona, cariñosa, muy dedicada y profesional, logrando entretener y enseñar a los niños con sus actividades. Mi sobrina la amó, gracias Yosme por tus atenciones y estar pendiente de mí sobrina.

Tienen diferentes actividades por dia y por hora para los niños y la encargada de esa área Yosmelkis es super chula y atenta. Lo único q no me gustó fue el olor a humedad q tenía nuestra villa 😑 estuvimos 3 dias y nunca se fue el olor a humeda. Deberían tener mas utensilios de cosina ya que hay estufa pero no hay ollas, ni sartenes para cosinar.

We liked the Lake Buena Vista room better as it was more spacious, though our West Gate room was closer to the pool. The highlight of our trip is WestGate’s activities lady Yosmelkys who the kids wanted to visit every day we were there!
- GLGail LingoJun 13, 20265.0Ixshell greeted me and my chihuahua Cricket at check-in. She was very pleasant, happy and came around to say hello to cricket and gave us a warm welcome. Charles from security was also there and very energetic and welcoming and we had a nice conversation. I stopped in at the front desk to say hello a few times and met Sophia who I spoke to before arriving when I was deciding on what hotel to go to and the amenities. She was very informative and I mentioned bringing my dog Cricket. When I walked in to checkout equipment I told her who I was and she was excited to see me and wanted me to bring Cricket by which I did the next day. Sophia also checked me out on June 12th. The staff and security everywhere on the grounds were so nice and always had a smile and stopped in golf cart to say hello to me and my dog. I used most of the amenities, game room, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, mini golf, volley ball, etc. I will return again. I’ve stayed at lots of Westgate’s, as I prefer Westgate as they are very nice and accept pets, but yours I really enjoyed the small hometown atmosphere, I got to relax and where the staff actually got to know me. I lived the location of my room 8-206 When I have to stay near Disney, SeaWorld I will be there. Thank you for the hospitality. Gail Lingo
