This is quite possibly the worst hotel I've had the displeasure of experiencing. There was no one at guest services to check me in so I had to follow the bellboy into the elevator to find my room. Everything was dusty and dingy like the whole thing came straight out of the 80s and rotted until 2026. I couldn't even find my room because the elevator tried to kill me, which seems highly unsafe. Spiderwebs everywhere, I'm sure the room wasn't worth all that trouble anyway. And then the bellboy tried to pretend there were ghosts? I admire the budget that went into his elaborate scheme, but spend some time cleaning up the place would you? Would not visit again. Recommend booking a room elsewhere.

Dreadful hotel! Wouldn't recommend.
The exterior has scaffolding on it and much needed renovation and lick of paint obviously under way.
As for the interior that doesn't look like it's been cleaned or dusted in years, massive array of dusty cobwebs on the ceilings, staff are miserable- very doom and gloom almost suggesting you are going to die during your stay!
Poor lighting throughout the premises as the power appears to surge resulting in the lights flashing on and off as we made our way through the building.
The elevator staff explained they the main elevators were out of use, presumably due to the ongoing construction work we were not advised of prior to our visit.
The uncaring staff showed us into the service elevator and just sent us on our way to the 'Twilight zone' but we didn't seem to find that part of the hotel either.
Once in the elevator not sure what the story is, may be something to do with the ongoing construction work or dodgy electrics but it seemed to rocket uncontrollably from one floor to the next at the drop of a hat causing other passengers to scream uncontrollably.
After a brief wild ride in the shonky service elevator the abrupt staff just showed us the door and sent us away.
All in all pretty poor set up really, dread to think what the rooms are like.....
Despite the uncaring staff and dreadful decor it's worth a quick visit if in town just to see it for yourself.

Tower of Terror is probably one of the coolest rides at Hollywood Studios! The creepy old hotel theme is SO good, and even the queue feels like part of the attraction.
The outside of the hotel looks awesome, and the whole ride has a really spooky atmosphere without needing a ton of stuff to make it scary.
And the drop is crazy 😂 You never really know what’s coming. Definitely one of my favorite Disney rides! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
