  Must ride!, blends huge immersive gymnasium like areas, lifelike characters, moving simulator, and very in character staff like you're prisoners. The huge stormtrooper army area was a gasping surprise! Long waits though.

  Out of all the offerings in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge… This is their greatest achievement of the entire area, while it may suffer from shut downs due to how advanced this ride is, the storytelling of the attraction is one of the best at any WDW attraction, even if you’re not into the sequel trilogy, you might get into this one. And then comes the main attraction itself where you enter into an amazing room featuring a ton of Stormtroopers and then enter your vehicle and it gets very intense, but in a great and exciting way. After your encounter with the First Order, you escape back to Batuu. OMG, what an attraction this is, from the animatronics, the preshows, the main ride experience, and the feeling of actually being in the movie, makes this for a much more fun experience than most of the recent Disney era Star Wars movies and shows.

  SPOILERS & **got stuck for 30 mins on the ride** I would really love to give this ride more stars. I love Star Wars and I was so so excited to get on this ride that we even bought the lightning lane for it and I’ve never bought a lightning lane for any ride before! From what I got to see of the ride was amazing, immersive, and beyond cinematic. The set of storm troopers when you get off the transport is actually insane. Now the issue was we got stuck. We got to the point where Kylo pokes thru the ceiling and the ride stopped. We were stuck buckled in for over 30 mins before they got us out. This is truly my worst nightmare. I am an insanely anxious person and have some chronic illnesses that cause me to have stomach issues and every time I ride a ride I am so scared I’m going to get stuck on it. So my worst nightmare came true on this ride. They need to figure out a different restraint system cause those belts are too tight to begin with then being trapped in them when the ride breaks down, which I was then told, happens all the time!!! Disney please figure something else out. I understand the ride takes thousands of sensors and what not to run. But if it’s gonna stop and break down often please don’t give people with anxiety even more problems by having them so stuck in there they can’t even move at all. :(

  Amazing from.start to finish. The decor, ambience and crew interactions make yhe whole thing. Walking out into the stormtroopers, just wow! And then the ride is fantastic. Queue times very reasonable.
