  This is a very iconic ride with a lot of history tied to it. The ride itself is in the giant Epcot ball. It’s an old ride that should probably have some refurbishments because it experienced mechanical issues when we were on it. However, it was still fun, and I enjoyed it very much

  Very antiqued ride. The issue we had is it kept pausing “ladies and gentlemen our time travels have been suspended” I’m guessing cause someone couldn’t get on the car and quick enough…. Doesn’t Disney have like 10 trillion dollars that could be invested in the ride? Oh yeah, they know gullible people will continue to go and the money just goes to the folks at the top

  Spaceship Earth fue una de las atracciones que más disfruté durante mi visita a EPCOT. La fila, al menos en mi experiencia, estuvo dentro de lo esperable para un parque Disney, aproximadamente entre 30 minutos y una hora, pero el recorrido hizo que la espera valiera la pena. Me encantó la forma en que la atracción va mostrando la evolución de la humanidad, la comunicación y la tecnología mientras uno avanza por el interior de esta enorme estructura. La ambientación, las escenas y la cantidad de detalles hacen que el recorrido sea muy bonito y entretenido. También resulta interesante observar esa visión del futuro que históricamente ha caracterizado a EPCOT y al concepto original de Walt Disney: imaginar cómo la tecnología y el progreso podían transformar nuestra manera de vivir. Personalmente, fue una de las atracciones que más sensación de “atracción” propiamente tal me produjo dentro del parque. EPCOT, por lo que experimenté, tiene muchísimo de exhibición, cultura, gastronomía y espacios para recorrer, más que de atracciones intensas. Spaceship Earth reúne muy bien esa esencia: entretiene, muestra historia, invita a imaginar el futuro y, además, permite conocer por dentro uno de los grandes símbolos de EPCOT. Para mí, una visita obligatoria.

  Spaceship Earth is of the most iconic pieces of Walt Disney World. The exterior is breathtaking, whether looking at it during the day or when it's lit up at night. The dark ride within it desperately needs a refurbishment, hence the 4 star review. During our handful of trips to WDW, it is down half of the time and we have never ridden it without at least one unexpected delay. The interactive screens and face recognition show its age. I'm very excited to see how it is reimagined in the future but will miss the smells of Alexandria burning and the fun animatronics.
