  Amazing customer service rooms were clean and smelled amazing pool was nice loved the atmosphere of the resort 10/10 highly recommend. Lucca was the best guy ever helped set up my mom surprise party and all get with him he’s funny and has the energy.

  Well at first I did complain about the rooms were a bit dated however I must admit it was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable so by the end of our stay I was ok. Thank you for a comfortable affordable experience.

  The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Overall, the place was comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The only small issue was that the louvered door had quite a bit of dust on it and could use a little more attention during cleaning. Other than that, everything was great. I would rate this stay 4.2 out of 5 stars. ⭐️

  Only the first night! However, staff have been amazing and our room is soooo spacious! We are currently enjoying our stay nice and quiet.🥰Edit:The stay was nothing but amazing! I highly recommend and will be back when I'm back in Orlando! Our apartment 😂was the best!

  Very Disappointing Stay At first glance, our two-bedroom suite looked nice, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. The room had a musty smell as soon as we walked in. The TV in one of the bedrooms never worked, which was especially frustrating since that room was for my children. The master bathroom had visible mold on the tub tiles, and many fixtures throughout the unit appeared corroded and poorly maintained. The living room TV worked briefly when we arrived, but by the next morning it would not turn on at all. The remote stopped working, leaving us unable to use the television. The air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep, and the beds were very uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the lack of basic necessities. A two-bedroom suite that sleeps 6–8 people should be stocked appropriately, but there were not enough towels and no extra toilet paper in the room. We had to call the front desk multiple times for toilet paper and waited over an hour for someone to bring it. We also had to make repeated calls regarding the TVs and remotes. Overall, the property feels outdated and neglected. It does not appear that meaningful upgrades or maintenance have been done in quite some time. Considering the level of competition in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, this was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.
