  Very nice hotel, confortable, clean and quiet rooms, excellent staff members that really make a difference and good location, walking distance to Disney Springs and shuttle services to the Disney parks. Kudos and a big shout out to Scott, Kelly, Miguel, Francisco, Jaimes and others I did not get a chance to know their names. Committed abd engaged staff, frienfly, efficient and attentive to the guest needs. Thank you!

  Great budget option in the Disney Springs area of the WDW Resort. Easily walkable to Disney Springs from the front of the hotel. All staff was very friendly. Keeping in mind that this is still a Holiday Inn so it is a bit dated, I was happy with the room overall. The bed was comfortable and HVAC worked excellent during a miserable hot and humid August in Florida. Water pressure wasn't great, the toilet struggled to flush and shower pressure left something to be desired. While I don't love resort fees at any property anywhere, I actually felt like I got value out of the $40/night fee. A couple of welcome drinks (alcoholic or not), bottled water refreshed daily, bus service to and from the parks, decent wifi, cookies in the evening all felt like you would easily pay more than that if you did it separately. The included 3rd party bus service, which you have to book a reservation for online separately at no cost each day, was overall good but a bit chaotic at times. Depending on the driver you may or may not know where each bus is going since some drivers don't communicate very well. Every morning the bus was full of water on the floor and seats. This isn't a reflection on the hotel itself since they contract this service out, but something to be aware of. Wouldn't hesitate to book and stay here again.

  We had a good overall stay at the Holiday Inn. The breakfast was great, and Eleazar provided excellent customer service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed during breakfast. The room could use some improvements and updates, but overall our stay was pleasant. Thank you to the team for making our experience a good one.

  Second stay here and this hotel keeps delivering, especially thanks to Josie at the front desk. She found out it was my birthday at check-in and went out of her way to make it special, even teaming up with my boyfriend to surprise me with balloons in the room. Nobody's ever done that for me before and it completely made my trip. Location is perfect for Disney (5 minutes from Disney Springs), and the pool, bar, and breakfast buffet are all solid. Rooms are nice overall, just a slight odd smell in some of them, minor and unrelated to the incredible service we got. Josie deserves serious recognition. She's the reason we keep coming back.

  My mom and I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn last week while visiting Walt Disney World. I think it’s great that there are several well-known, name-brand hotels located directly on Disney property, and this is definitely one I would happily stay at again. A special shoutout to two team members at the Palm Breezes Restaurant who really stood out during our stay. John was exceptional during breakfast in the morning. He immediately made a connection with me after complimenting my 76ers T-shirt, and we enjoyed talking about Philadelphia since we’re both from the area. Scott was also fantastic during dinner and was incredibly attentive. I also wanted to mention the pool, which was another highlight of our stay. The water was terrific, and it was a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about our stay. The staff was friendly and the amenities were great.
