Very nice extremely clean hotel. The staff is exceptional. Special shout out to Maria. She made me and my team welcomed, She gave us the five star treatment every day. She made the trip that much better. The food was great. The location was walking distance of Walt Disney Springs, which made it a great location to explore the area from. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for seven nights with the family for a Disney World trip. There’s nothing bad I could say about this hotel. I stay in the IHG family all the time and this location hit all the marks. Comfortable bed, check. Great service, check. Amazing pool for my toddler with a walk-in beach type area, check the resort fee also covered shuttle service to any of the parks that was very convenient. Food wasn’t bad at all either. We did not choose to have the breakfast but we ate some late evening type dinners from the bar area. Did I mention we love the pool for my daughter? Very nice place to stay and I would say that one specific employee named Ariea did fabulous

Less than 30 minutes after checking in, we had a knock on our door. In confusion, we opened the door to find two staff members waiting for us. Upon opening the door, the male staff member asked, "Are you guys smoking on the balcony?" We stated no, that we haven't even unpacked from our 3-hour drive. He then explained that there is no smoking at all in the hotel, and we said we understand and are not smokers. He then went on about how he understands wanting to smoke because he is a smoker. My spouse then says we can tell you smell like cigarettes, the male staff then accuses my spouse of having glossy eyes.... I'm not sure that accusing a guest at your hotel is part of their policy, but they may want to change that. We were uncomfortable staying after this encounter, for all I know, the hotel is going to charge me a smoking fee that we didn't earn. We then went to the front desk to cancel our room. The male staff member met us at the front desk and continued to argue with my spouse. The front desk helped issue us a refund. All in all, the experience was humiliating. Recommendation to the hotel: Ensure the staff sent to a room to inform guests of anything have proper training in de-escalation, and avoid accusations, as we were willing to move rooms until the male staff member accused my spouse of being under the influence with "glossy eyes". I wish I knew the male staff member's name, as a direct call-out is due for his behavior.

Service is great, I am sorry they have such an awful hotel to put up with. Our first room the battery was dead in the keycard reader on the door so we had to head back down 9 floors to get a new room. Completely exhausted we grabbed our cheap complimentary drinks and went to room number two. Still in good moods about the upcoming weekend cause of the staff. Elevators smell like urine, our room smells like feet and corn chips. I assumed it's because of the balcony and people leaving those doors open when they shouldnt. Kind if like those old cheap beach rentals. Crashed and had worst sleep of my life. Thought I was starting menopause at 35 but no, the air con just doesn't go below 75. Set to 70 before bed, lowered to 68, then went to sleep. It was 76 at 2am when I finally woke up enough times to check it. Cranked it down to 61 which is weird for hotel thermostat to even go that low and tried to go back to sleep. Still 75 at 8am. Will not be back, hotel is old and not maintained. Should be gutted and redone so it can be cleaned and soundproofed. There are other hotels for same cost that are significantly nicer. Hell you can stay at an actual disney value hotel for same cost. (we paid 165 plus $40 resort fee plus $25 parking for one night with breakfast not included).

Great location near Disney Springs. Hourly busses to the parks and consistent return times make traveling to the parks simple, and it’s walking distance to Disney Springs. The pool is great, the hotel has pool toys available and there’s ping pong& cornhole and it was always clean. We got back late from fireworks and I was up at 2am on the balcony with a cold drink and spent an hour watching the guys methodically cleaning the pool deck and pool, can’t stress the level of detail watching people checking every square inch of the place and making sure it was clean and safe. I went to bed before they were done. Service was always great - front desk staff are always polite, no issues getting help, extra towels, anything. The biggest surprise was the restaurant & bar. Scott in the bar is amazing, always cheerful with the kids, adults, anyone. The kids eat free with an adult making it the best value food anywhere, and it’s good food, surprisingly really good food! You have to try an omelette in the morning, they’re phenomenal, and there’s real Mickey Waffles! Rooms - my parents came over to see the grandkids and they were staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge and said our bedrooms were nicer than what they had. I would say the shower could use a bit more pressure, but that’s the only thing I can say to try and balance out what is a glowing review. The showers always had shampoo, shower gel, etc and no problem getting extra towels. It’s not a Disney Hotel, when you get the bus to MK you’re at the TTC and have to monorail over, and you don’t get perks like early entry like you would with a Disney Hotel. However, for the location on Disney property, for the price point, the customer service and the value for money, this hotel has knocked others off our list of places we check for 1st. We will definitely be back!
