  Waited over an hour for Frozen Ever After, only to have a very uncomfortable experience. My row felt overcrowded, with at least five people squeezed together, even though the ride typically accommodates around four people per row. I was pushed to the very edge while the Cast Member seemed completely unaware of the situation. The children next to me were noisy throughout the ride, making it difficult to enjoy the attraction. I understand this is a family ride, but after such a long wait, I expected better seating arrangements and more attentive staff. Overall, a frustrating experience that felt like a waste of time.

  Belle attraction, et surtout a faire pour découvrir, ce que nous avons fait aujourd'hui (fin septembre 2026, à 6 mois de l'ouverture). Mais beaucoup trop d'attente pour l'attraction que c'est finalement. C'est un genre d'équivalence du bateau pirate des caraïbes. Sauf que le parcours n'est pas du tout adapté aux enfants dont est destiné l'attraction. '' reine des neiges '' attire les petites filles. Mes filles ont 5 ans. Et les passages arrières et descentes font un peu peur pour elles. Ce n'est pour ma part pas destiné au public censé etre visé.... Nous avons attendu 2h....... Ca ne les a pas vallu ! Une des jumelles est sortie en pleurant.... A cause de la '' grande descente '' finale. Et le magasin est très petit... Donc rien pour la réconforter !

  Frozen Ever After is a boat ride that showcases incredible animations, music, and visuals inspired by the film Frozen Ever After. The boat ride is good for all ages and everyone will enjoy the ride. Since we didn't have the premium pass, we ended up waiting in line for about an hour before we finally got to ride the boat. That boat ride was awesome. It was a really nice break from the hot day and perfect to enjoy with the kids. The animations were totally spot on, and the ride itself was pretty smooth, even with a few backward bits and drops.
