- PHPaul H.1 day ago5.0Wonderful experience at Disney Springs Guest Relations! Due to major airline delays, we were unable to attend Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Cast Member Hannah from Illinois was incredibly kind and understanding, and helped us get a full refund for our three tickets without any hassle. After such a stressful travel day, her kindness really made a difference. Thank you, Hannah, for the Disney magic!
