  Great resort but the concept of using the phone to open your door is not optimal you can’t open pool or other doors and they didn’t give us a key. So back we went to get keys. No interest in Disney bands which do both.. The “premium” rooms don’t look at anything but inward at the pool which in 5 star hotels are not premium. You can’t see the fireworks. Disney keeps just messing with perfect and trying to convince DVC members its premium for a non premium experience.

  I got stung by a wasp on my first day here, EMS were called because I was in so much pain. There is a total of 5 wasps nests here by living room window and balcony. Pest control guy got rid of 2 by balcony but stated that the other 3 were out of his reach. The other 3 are located by living room window, only 5 feet away from balcony. Now we can’t use the balcony for the remaining 4 days. Wasp are constantly active. Manager Randall was here and offered no solution. I have 3 young children that can’t use the balcony anymore. The management knew about this issue and didn’t tell us about it. Hopefully nobody else gets hurt, especially children.

  Outside our balcony was infested with wasp nests. My wife got stung on her food and EMS services were called. There is a total of 5 nests on my room balcony. Pest control guy cleaned up 2 of them and claimed the other 3 were out of reach. Those 3 were located on outside the living room window, 5 feet away from balcony. Now we can’t use the balcony because wasp are constantly active. Manager aware but decide to not do anything about it. Now we can’t use the balcony.

  The type of hotel resort that you will not forget, flawless. Cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, fastest elevators I've ever experienced anywhere. You may not realize how important this becomes when you or family just wants to get to your floor after a long day at the park. Kate from Alabama/Auburn (doing custodial and/or poolside/recreation) was very friendly and helpful to my son and I when we needed to place our drink cups down on the ledge Kate's pleasant smile will light up your day. She reset the life size chessboard and straighten things out by the pool with an excellent energy.

  Very beautiful hotel. We shared a 2-bedroom villa with another family. This suite was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for all of us. There was plenty of closet and storage space, a full kitchen with plates, glasses, silverware, coffee pot and toaster, and an incredible about of bathroom space. Th resort itself does not have as many amenities as you may find in a larger Disney resort, but Bar Riva and Primo Piatto were both delicious. We went to one fancy dinner at Topollino's which was also very good and offered amazing views of the parks. The pool areas are smaller than the larger resorts, but still very nice. I think I prefer this quieter deluxe resort over some of the larger resorts, such as Grand Floridian. And you beat the proximity to the Skyliner!
