  Love the Rivera. The restaurant and our waitress was exceptional!!! The food was outstanding!!!! Some of the best! For a luxury hotel I was so dissatisfied in the beds and the awful sheets on the beds. Not top quality. We had just gotten of the Disney Destiny cruise ship. The beds and sheets were such quality on the cruise ship. I wouldn’t stay at your hotel again knowing the poor quality of the beds and sheets. It does make all the difference climbing into a comfortable relaxing bed at the end of a long day!

  Whatever you do don’t stay in the tower studios. The most disappointing room on Disney property. Small doesn’t even begin to describe it, and the only bed is a pull-down. Not worth the money. At all.

  Riviera is a very nice resort, I loved the lobby, the food from Primo Piatto, the desserts from Le Petit Café, the pool view and the room, but the beds were uncomfortable, that’s the only bad thing. But I would definitely come back to Riviera, it’s a beautiful resort.

  We stayed for seven nights on our honeymoon and the cast members were incredibly nice. Everyone would congratulate us and even left a few cute gifts in our room!

  We stayed on the ground floor in a studio Murphy bed room. While the room is very nice, the bathroom is amazing, and we loved the access to the SkyLiner, the discounted passholder price still wasn’t justified. The patio has two chairs and a table, but it’s kind of awkward to sit outside at ground level (and we were next to an entrance) and have everyone walk past you. Again, no complaints on the quality and cleanliness, it’s just not worth the jump in price over the moderate resorts.
