  A/C never really worked. Not cool and everything such as bath towels were always wet. Never had this problem before at this resort. Valet services (Juan) were superb!!! Even saw him working Boardwalk one evening when we went to Cake Bake. He saw me and made sure I had excellent service!! Birds were a huge issue! I did not see any of the avian deterrent devices on the roof like at Wilderness Lodge. Those spinning mirrors really do work at Wilderness Lodge. You need to install these at Riviera!!! Our DVC guide, Marcel Maritz, left a personal message to welcome us home. So awesome! He is why we keep adding DVC points. What a fantastic DVC cast member!!!!

  Beautiful resort! I love how you can hop right onto the Disney Skyliner from here, making it a convenient and pretty way to transport to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. I also enjoy walking around the water to Caribbean Beach Resort from here. The food options are good, offering a costal European (riviera) vibe. I like how it seems like a more relaxed resort with less wild children than other Disney resorts.

  We've stayed at Rivieria many times.the employees are amazing, the resort is beautiful and 100% our favorite. However this time the food selection at Primo seemed smaller, and while still yummy, not near as delicious as our other trips. I hope the good quality can return.

  I absolutely LOVED my short stay at Disney’s Riviera Resort. Every cast member I encountered was so kind, the food was delicious, as well as the coffee at La Petit Cafe. I stayed in a tower studio and it was very clean with a gorgeous view of Epcot and Hollywood Studios as well as the Skyliner. Being on the Skyliner route as awesome as well. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

  This was the perfect resort to stay at when traveling with a large group! We had 7 of us and stayed in the 2 Bedroom Villa and it was perfection! Enough space to spread out, convenience of the skyliner, and it wasn't a huge resort. Plus the kitchen saved us and then we also had an opportunity to dine at Topolino's both for breakfast and dinner. It was so good!
