  We are DVC members with a few resort homes. Our favorite so far has been Saratoga because of the ease getting to the Springs & the market area. That just changed! It’s been 27 yrs since we stayed at Old Key West (a studio the day we joined DVC). OMgosh this time we were in a 1 bedroom villa, what a surprise! It’s HUGE!Plus we can take the nature trail over to the Springs and get our steps in. It’s a 1.5 or so walk. We will definitely be staying here again and can’t wait to bring the family/friends and maybe get a grand villa or 2 bedroom. We’ve also been a fan of Olivia’s and the cozy little bar that’s along the cove. Glad we gave Key West another try!! ❤️

  I've been going to Old key West for over 25 years with my family. And this time unfortunately I was really disappointed. My air conditioning unit in my room was leaking into a big puddle on my floor for over 4 days. Out of the 5 days we stayed there. The maintenance team was very nice but did not resolve the issue until the day before we were leaving.

  We had a great time at Old Key West.. our 2 bedroom was very nice .. I was there with 3 boys , 13 ,11, 10 yrs old .. they loved the sand castle pool , and it was nice that it was open late for a night swim .. The only problem was I had a small issue about a delivery from CVS to resort. One cast member said one thing and another one later said something else .. In the end we never got our prescription.

  First off i honestly was taken aback by the difference in experience from those I have had in the past. This experience was disappointing to say the least . In wanting to provide a great vacation for my family, I wanted to try the old key west resort again after having been renting at air bnb. I wish that I had not. From the moment we checked in it was one thing after another that went wrong . I understood the possibility of not receiving a first floor 2 bedroom villa as I requested for my disabled father . So having been placed at the 3rd floor with no stairs no elevator was the first red flag. As a resort part of such a notorious brand not having any possible foresight for its disabled patrons is ableist at best but I digress. I was helped by a very kind gentleman over the phone who tried to accommodate us the best he could but ultimately ended up keeping the original villa. I asked for help with our bags to get them to the 3rd floor. The bellman did not seem happy being there and even less so having to climb the stairs with our minimal bags. Once we got into the villa we find that it not only did not smell clean but there was a trash bag filled with used food and supplies from the prior patron. In asking the bellman what we should do he said we could keep them . After these instances I made sure to speak to multiple managers . Working with clients everyday I understand how things can happen . However, I can honestly say that I will never return to the old Key West resort and will be spending my hard earned money at other resorts that value their customers . Hopefully you can make a change and ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience at your establishment and not just a select few.

  I found some cast members that were not very friendly. Also, I drink tea, not coffee. I was told they would give them to me, but next time they would have to charge. Now, I don't know about you, but, I paid almost 900.00 for my 2 nights. I think a few teabags were ok. Felt like they couldn't be bothered. But on the other side was Ali, who was over the top on service, she was awesome. Even requested her the following day. I think the next one was I believe was Devin??...he was in the check in area. He couldn't believe the teabag thing was crazy. Also, Alex was great, she was custodial. They made the stay much better. Thank you
