  It was a good size room. Some of the amenities included a mini refrigerator, steamer for wrinkled clothing and many outlets for charging electronic devices. Service at the check-in counter was exceptional. The shower water pressure could have been higher. Towel quality could have been better for a higher end resort

  What a magical stay! We had a beautiful room overlooking the boardwalk, but the balcony was a mess. Didn’t fit the cleanliness of the room at all. It was dirty and moldy and made it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the view. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

  We love Disney a lot. However, the Boardwalk is an amazing place. I really think they are understaffed. They really need to make more entrances and exits to get out easier, because we would have to take the elevator from our floor, down a floor, across to another elevator, and then up and then down just to get out to the back area. That was disturbing, and there was only one elevator to achieve that goal. The Boardwalk itself is epic once you're on it. Getting to Epcot is another epic moment, but inside, the navigation of getting around was very, very frustrating.

  We loved this resort! The location was perfect for our family! Our four year old loved the waterslide and making s’mores- the boardwalk was fun- and loved the dining options that were in a walkable distance. The theming of the room was spot on as always with Disney. I wasn’t sure how I would feel because the pictures don’t really do it justice. We got to see Chip and Dale and Donald the morning of our checkout. We go to Disney fairly often and have stayed at multiple different deluxe properties- this one really surprised us with the size of our room and the walking proximity to two parks or the skyliner within walking distance. The gym and sauna were the best of any that we have stayed.In general I think this location is underrated! I would definitely stay again.

  The resort was beautiful and our rooms were spacious. They have a balcony and plenty of amenities for all. The Boardwalk had a fun atmosphere and plenty of activities for anyone wanting to find entertainment outside of the parks. Being able to walk to DHS and Epcot was a bonus as well. I did leave an item in my room. I gave EXACT instructions on where to find it and contacted Disney within 12 hours of my departure and still waiting to hear if they retrieved the item. It would be helpful if we could contact the resort directly as it would expedite the process and my item could have easily been found as I left it in the nightstand drawer. If I was in driving distance I would have returned to see if I could retrieve it as it is $400 item. I am still hoping that someone went to the room and picked it up for me. The fact no one when to check is very disappointing.
