This was our first time staying at Disney’s Beach Club Villas, and we spent a full week here in July. We stayed in a Deluxe DVC Villa, which was perfect for our family of four and can comfortably sleep up to five. The pull down beds were especially nice, and the kids absolutely loved them.
The pool is easily our favorite pool we’ve experienced at a DVC resort. The waterfalls are great, and the soft sand on the bottom is such a fun touch, we typically don’t like sand but this was a highlight. There are also several hot tubs attached to or located near the pool area and the slide is a lot of fun too.
The only downside, if you can really call it one, was the lazy river. That was actually one of the main reasons we wanted to stay here, but it was deeper than we expected, so the kids couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped. It’s also fairly slow-moving and not particularly large. That said, the rest of the pool area more than made up for it.
The food was great, and you can’t beat the location. Being able to easily walk to EPCOT was a huge plus, and having access to the Skyliner made getting to Hollywood Studios incredibly convenient.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Disney’s Beach Club Villas has officially become a contender in our family’s list of favorite DVC resorts at Walt Disney World!
Excellent location, walking distance to Epcot. Lobby and hotel is nice. My biggest complaint is that we booked the villa for 6 nights and never had a single cleaning. Housekeeping put new towels but did not make the bed or clean anything. We are paying thousands of dollars $$ C'mon Disney! You can at least clean the Villa's every third day.

My wife and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and chose to stay at the Disney Beach Resort. We were taken care of right away and treated very well. Once we received our "I'm Celebrating" pins, everyone throughout the whole WDW Resorts and Parks congratulated us.
The Beach Club has the best pool, has walking access to Epcot and the Skyliner. The connection to the Yatch Club was great as we went to Ale & Compass Resaurant- great!
We loved the entire stay!

We chose the Beach Club for its premium reputation and amenities, but our experience with Bell Services left an incredibly sour taste in our mouths.
I ordered a Walmart grocery delivery to the resort. Because it contained items requiring an ID check/signature, I went down to the lobby to meet the driver and claim my items personally. To make things easy for everyone, I asked the staff for a bellhop cart so I could wheel the groceries up to my room myself.
I was flatly told, "No, we are a full-service resort here at the Yacht & Beach Club, so we have to bring it up for you."
While that sounds premium on paper, in reality, it’s a forced bottleneck. If you use their carts or let them touch your items, you are charged a mandatory $6 fee per delivery—which I wouldn't mind paying if the "full service" actually worked. Instead, a simple task turned into a massive waiting game. My groceries sat downstairs forever, and by the time they finally arrived at the room, it had completely disrupted our schedule.
If a resort is going to strictly forbid guests from handling their own luggage or groceries under the guise of "luxury service," then that service needs to be flawless and prompt. Forcing guests into a paid service corner and then failing to deliver efficiently is completely unacceptable for a Deluxe-tier property.

First of all, I love Disney and the experiences it brings you.I've always loved it and i've stayed many times. That being said, no place is perfect. So I totally understand that. I do have some tips/commentsfor staying here, though.
1.Check in time is 4:30 which I thought was a little late but I should have called to try and get an earlier check in time.
2.Marthas vineyard had the best food that I experienced here.
3.We didn't buy lightning passes, we didn't see the value.
4 Try the african coffee (amarullo?)at the Animal kingdom. It was amazing.
5 Star wars was absolutely amazing.
6 They have a really cool video game Arcade.
7.Huge water slide is fun.
Thats all Thanks Disney!
