- CGCandy Garay2 days ago1.0For a Deluxe Resort the cleanliness was awful my kids opened up the extra bag that has a extra pillow and blanket and the blanket had black marks all over it and something sticky on it to. the back splash had some food on it and blue hand marks on the wall and doors and tables chair seat. the shower had not been cleaned where was shampoo down the wall and hair on the wall and floor. so for the price they charge is not worth it.

It is a terrific location. Seems like Disney just doesn’t care. Save your money/points and pick another resort.

- CCCathy ClarkDec 31, 20252.0Location is convenient to Epcot, Hollywood studios and Boardwalk. We have stayed at beach club 1-2 times a year since well before covid. They have lost the magic here. No longer should be considered a deluxe resort or villa.
