Stayed here after Jambo House. The room is first rate. The savanna view is better than at Jambo. The lobby was closed for renovations which was a bummer, but no big deal. The French Toast at Sanaa is second to none. Cast members are super friendly.

A quiet watering hole not too far from the magic. Our family has fallen in love with Jambo and Kidani from the moment we check in and the ease of navigating to rooms with multiple mobility needs from toddler to grandparents. The views, food, and kindness of the staff are always exactly what you need. Makes us want to buy DVC!

Great stay at the hotel. Loved Typhoon Lagoon....the only drawback there was the ice cream was absolutely terrible. My grandchild was looking forward to it all day. When the time came we each had half of what we had ordered....it was terrible. My 2nd trip to Disney was awesome except for that. Seven Eleven ice cream at Disney I did not expect.

Resort itself is wonderful but Disney’s service and the way they run things has gone completely downhill. They offer you “perks” like extra magic hours, but then they are from 11-1AM, so you have to push to stay up that late. Then, they have a completely disorganized and unreliable transportation system. There was such a huge line, so a dispatcher signaled another bus to pull up next to the first bus. They pack us on like sardines (so half the bus is standing), and then the driver took us to Saratoga Springs! Clearly, the cast members are not even trained how to clearly communicate. Needless to say, what should have been a 15 minute ride became 30 minutes, with many of us standing the entire time after being at a park until 1 AM. Definitely not worth the prices they charge.

This is not your 30 years ago Disney (at least not mine). This Disney is money hungry, low quality, poor taste, and way way over priced. Listen I don’t mind spending a hundred dollars for a full day of fun, but when i ride the rides i did 30 years ago i expect some up date, okay to be fair (lol), the pirates of the caribbean added Johnny Depps Jacks Sparrow, but come on…..everything was so dark and you couldn’t even tell what you were looking at, and you could barely hear them. The quality of the rides are the worst. In this day and age and the money they get, you would think the rides would be top notch or even updated…..nope. Honestly, this was the last time i will ever go to Disney World. This park is in sad condition and the worst thing about it, is that people keep coming, and not kids either…..adults. Not sure what they see in this overpriced, KIDS theme park. Come on, even the Jungle Cruise use to shoot the Hippos coming at the boat, now the hippos raises out of the water and thats it….i can’t be the only one that sees the sadness in this park, i have to tell you while i was in line (and the lines didn’t bother me), all i saw were adults with nothing but discussed on their faces, it was so sad. I wanted to see kids excited to be scared or for the anticipation. It wasn’t there, nor were the kids…..oh, i brought my grandkids (ages 6 & 7), and they agreed, no more Disney…..they couldn’t understand why it was so dark, and they couldn’t understand the words or songs in Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean. They did like one ride a lot, the people mover…..taking them around the park to use their imagination was exciting. Now, was that worth the $4900+ for two days (3 adults, 2 kids) at the park? No lie people (and that’s with our Florida discount), this trip was for them. It was suppose to be what their Mom had 30 years ago, but most of all, I wanted to see that look again, but on their faces. It was love, love for Disney, but perhaps my hopes were just to great and that time is gone now. Sadly, i won’t be taking them again and the worst of it, Our Disney World is gone…
