  If I could give a 0 I would! BEWARE! This resort maybe disney but there are no cameras! We parked our new vehicle in the parking lot so we could shuttle into the disney parks. During our stay our vehicle was hit. A good samaritan reported seeing our vehicle get hit and said the other vehicle took off. The Security people lied to us and said that the offenders reported it and we needed to file a claim so we could match the claims with the Florida police. After all is said and done…. No Claim! There is not ONE CAMERA IN THE PARKING LOT! The security department laughed at us and said well at least we were not driving! We spent a lot of money on this vacation. Thought we were safe and secure by disney standards and turns out Beware……. If an incident was to happen this resort is not safe! They themselves stated NO CAMERAS! They did offer free 11.00 dollar breakfast for our inconvenience! Horrible! Buyer beware! This resort is dangerous by today’s standards! It may of only been a vehicle but what if a child had been hit in the parking lot? What if someone with an angst decided to shoot up the place? Our last day of our vacation ruined! Senior citizens with a 1000 dollar deductible. It’s the security bold face lying to us! We don’t need to be pacified until check out but told the truth they don’t care!

  El 12/04/2026 me hospedé junto con mi novio en este maravilloso hotel. Fue la primera vez que iba a Disney y decidimos hospedarnos dentro de hotel Disney para vivir la experiencia completa. La verdad que fue una excelente decisión. Fue tan mágico como me lo habían contado. Vivis la magia 24/7. Me atendieron super bien, la habitación super limpia y cómoda. Todo el establecimiento tiene un aroma increible, esta muy limpio y tiene una excelente organización. Definitivamente volveria a elegirlo. Fue un viaje soñado, tanto que quiero volver cuanto antes. Gracias a todo el equipo de trabajo; recepcionistas, organizadores, los chicos que atienden en la cocina, en las cajas del restaurant, los de limpieza, sin ustedes mi aventura soñada no hubiese sido posible. No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento.

  The rooms at the All-Star resorts aren’t anything special. They’re your average hotel room. The extra pull down bed is a nice touch. The room is well stocked. The amenities are nice. The location is 10-15 mins from most of the parks when you use the bus. The bus runs every 15 minutes wich is the best part and it take you to the front of every park when it drops you off. Staying at the resort also gets you early entry. The food at the resorts is very good as well especially the breakfast ! We really enjoyed having the food court and bar there. They have an arcade and a shop in each one open until 11pm this is also very nice. We enjoyed are stay very much and will be returning.

  We came for the May 4th celebration just for an overnight trip, but I was not crazy about the room we were given at all. I did early check-in the night before. It took all day to be assigned a room and when I finally got one, it was a handicapped room. No private toilet all the furniture was low to the ground. That’s great for people that need it but for a couple that’s not used to something like that it was a bit of an inconvenience. I would’ve requested another room, but we had just got done unloading all our stuff from the car and it was already late in the day so we just dealt with it because we were only staying one night. Funny thing is our friends that came with us for the overnight trip , booked music , booked their standard room after me , checked in after me and we’re given a suite early that day. So I’m sure they’ll leave you a good review . I’m not saying I expected a suite as well, but I would have like to have at least a bed that was not on the floor and a private toilet

  We stayed at the All Star Music Resort for the Springtime Surprise race weekend. Our room was clean, as usual. We've stayed at the All Star resorts many times, and the rooms are always immaculate, and the beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very low so it was hard to rinse off. The grounds of the resort are always clean and well-maintained. We're always impressed at how manicured the resorts are. We did have an incident several nights into our stay where someone was banging on our door around 11:30 at night. After two knocks, I got up, answered the door, and a young man with a trolley full of suitcases told me he had our luggage. I tried to explain to him that it wasn't ours and he argued with me about it. I told him we had to be up for a race at 2:30am and closed the door. We also had an incident at the Intermission cafe where we waited 30 minutes past our pick up window for dinner and when we went to inquire about our food there were many angry people there waiting. It seemed as though they were just having a bad night and dinner time was buys. Other than that, our stay was great! We always enjoy the All Star Resorts!
