  Beautiful and spacious cabin. Our family enjoyed the boat ride to the Magic Kingdom. The staff was very accommodating to all our wishes.

  Great Lodge (Wilderness Lodge), great location and outstanding service by the staff. The downside was that we were there when the Lodge completely lost air conditioning! The first night was a nightmare. The second day they finally provided enough fans to at least make our two-bedroom suite somewhat bearable. The worst part was that Wilderness Lodge management provided absolutely ZERO communication regarding the problem. When asked what the problem was and when it might be corrected, staff would only say, "I don't know." There should have been far better communication with guests from management! On the upside, we were fully refunded they cost of the two nights we went without AC.

  This hotel was one of the best Disney resorts I have stayed at. The rooms were super nice and spacious. The pool area was super kid friendly with their own splash pad separate from the big pool. The restaurants located around the grounds were good, my favorite was the geyser point bar and they served a Bison burger with a marionberry jam and it was the best. This resort is one of the best resorts on disney property in my opinion.

  Stayed at the copper creek villas, at wilderness lodge, this would have been my favorite resort and still may be however my 6 day stay 3 days we were without A/C the whole building was out, our room got hot, bath tub was clogged and bathroom main light was out bathroom divider door lock didnt work. They fixed the bathtub clog the light and the lock. But after that, the AC went out and then after the AC went out, all the lights in the room went out until I called maintenance. And they got the lights turn back on, It was some sort of generator problem. The generator didnt get the AC on in our room on the Sixth floor A/C stayed out for the remainder of our stay very disappointed they didnt even update us....after we checked out a great manager refunded 2 days for the rooms back to my card, but overall it through a wrench in the wheel of our vacation,....nevertheless, it's a very nice resort When everything is working properly, it would be my favorite resort otherwise.

  Most of our party had never been to Disney world before and they enjoyed every minute of it!! Your hotel staff were amazing! Not only was everyone congenial and helpful, our party was amazed coming back to the room after a tiring day and seeing laundry folder, dishes washed and special of all seeing the children's loveys gently placed in strategic spots on the bed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our daily trips to the four parks were fun and amazing. I am sure this is a trip that my grandchildren will never forget. You really do make everything magical. As the theme of the electrical light parade portrayed everyone does need a wish or dream to follow. You make that wish or dream a possibility with the magic of Disney!! Thank you for a wonderful four days!
