  The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone made us feel so welcome and ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. We had a small hiccup with our room when we arrived, but the manager, Warren, went above and beyond to make things right and even upgraded our room. His exceptional service truly made a difference. Thank you, Wilderness Lodge, for the wonderful hospitality and amazing memories!

  ✨🏰 OKAY, DISNEY… YOU WIN. OFFICIALLY PIXIE DUSTED! 🪄✨ I’ve been coming to Walt Disney World multiple times a year, and somehow, in all those visits, I have NEVER been pixie dusted with a room upgrade. Until this trip! 😱✨ We had a 1-bedroom villa booked at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. We arrived in the morning, and our room wasn’t ready yet. No big deal… we went about our day and kept checking the app. Then the My Disney Experience app updated, and SURPRISE! 🎉 WE GOT UPGRADED TO A 2-BEDROOM CABIN! Think the overwater bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort… but make it Wilderness Lodge style! 🌲🏡✨ A whole TWO-BEDROOM CABIN instead of our one-bedroom villa?! After years of Disney trips, the Mouse finally decided it was our turn for some extra pixie dust, and WHAT A WAY TO DO IT! 🐭💫 Moral of the story? Sometimes the best Disney surprises are the ones you never saw coming! ❤️

  Warren Coyle made our trip a special one. We had to stay a few extra days because of the hurricane headed toward our home. He put in the effort to ensure my family had a place to stay, and he made us feel very special and cared for. My family cannot say enough positive things about Warren. We hope Disney understands the talent they have there.

  Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The artist point dinner with Snow White was absolutely amazing for my daughter and I just want to give a shout out to the evil Queen who my almost 4 yr old daughter hugged and wouldn’t let go of for about 2 minutes and she wrapped her cape around her and held her till my daughter was done. Absolute magic. Can’t wait to be back in January!!!!

  Our experience at the Copper Creek Cabins was a nightmare. Everything that could go wrong did. From the Hey Disney that could not help us when asking for supplies to a snake in our hot tub on the porch. The ice machine would not work so we had no ice. The previous guests took the remote to the porch fan and the cast members stated there were no replacement remotes so nothing could be done. It happened to be extremely hot and humid so we needed a fan or something. Finally one of the maintenance workers found a giant fan and plugged it in for us. When we first arrived, we were unable to get into our room because the lock was not working correctly due to IT issues. We had to reset our key and magic bands a number of times to finally get them to work. The light on our cabin in front outside did not light so we ending up trying to find our way to the door in the dark. The snake in our hot tub was a racer snake. My daughter ended up catching it and putting it outside our room. The emergency exit window on the porch did not lock so anyone could have gotten in onto the porch. I feel that we should be compensated for all the issues we had. We have been DVC members for a long time. This is not the way Disney operates. I am very disappointed. Perhaps maintaining the properties that Walt Disney World has instead of building more is not the best idea for the organization. The first day we arrived, we went to the Geyser Point Bar. The drinks tasted like water. Other years the drinks were excellent. We complained but the waiter didn't seem to care. The next day when we complained to the bartender, she got upset and just made an excuse.
