  We’re currently staying at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, and so far everyone has been wonderful and very friendly. Unfortunately, our experience at Tri-Circle-D Ranch with Gracie was very different. Her tone with our Latino family felt cold and irritated, while we noticed her smiling and being much warmer with other American families. Another Cast Member was very kind to us, which made the contrast even more noticeable. Very disappointing, especially at Disney.

  Great location, nice room. Had everything we needed. But, they need to fix the showers, the knob to turn the water on between the shower heads was "clunky" and you needed to force it to get the water to come on more than a trickle.

  Wilderness Lodge is our home away from home. From the second we walk into the grand lobby we feel every worry and stress melt away. The hotel is amazing, the rooms immaculate, and the service is unmatched. WL has left such an imprint on us that we've tried to bring some of the theming and feel back into our home to try and relive just a little of the feeling we get while we're there every day. Our boys (9 and 3) absolutely adore the hotel as well and this has only made WL mean even more to us as a family. Our only wish was that we were able to visit more often than we do. It is by far our favorite hotel not just in Walt Disney World, but anywhere.

  Beautiful resort with great rooms. Stayed in a CC studio. Love the murphy bed to give additional space when needed. Wish the fridge had a small freezer for ice packs. Very convenient location to take boat to MK. Buses to other parks were frequent however return buses seemed to come less often then other resorts and they stop first at Ft Wilderness. We have stayed at other deluxe dvc resorts and were disappointed in the limited open hours of the activity center. During our stay it was open for only 3 hours per day with one time being in the middle of the day when we were at parks. The activity staff was fantastic and had great activities when the center was actually open. Comparing it to Boardwalk or Rivieria, this activity center was tiny and had very few offerings.

  Title: Beautiful setting, but convenience and comfort fall short We were really drawn to Cooper Creek Cabins for the idea of staying in a private, standalone cabin right on the water, and the natural setting certainly didn't disappoint. Waking up with views of the water from your own cabin is easily the highlight of the property. However, a few key aspects fell short of expectations for this tier and class of accommodation: * Location & Accessibility: The waterfront cabins are a considerable distance from the main building, amenities, and pool. While a bit of separation can be nice, walking back and forth quickly becomes inconvenient—especially since the property doesn't provide any shuttle service or golf cart transportation. If you plan on using the pool or main facilities often, be prepared for a bit of a trek. * Bed & Bedding Quality: For a property at this price point and level, you expect a high standard of comfort. Unfortunately, the beds were quite uncomfortable and the bedding felt thin and underwhelming. A quality night’s sleep should be a given here, but it definitely felt like an afterthought. Overall, it’s a wonderful concept with great potential if you're looking for peaceful waterfront isolation. But until they improve the bed quality and offer shuttle options for guests staying farther out, it’s tough to give it a full recommendation.
