  We had a great stay at Candlewood Suites Orlando – Lake Buena Vista! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for everything we wanted to do in the Orlando area. The room had everything we needed and was perfect for a relaxing stay after busy days out. We really appreciated the comfortable space and convenient location and would definitely stay here again.

  Horrible hotel all around!! Don't do it!! Not a "new hotel" as the phone intro states! Old carpet, old beds, old curtains, mildew, old window unit air-conditioning, leaking sink, dark room without proper lighting, 3 towels for 6 days, missing silverware and no coffee for in-room coffee pot?? $20 A DAY for parking in a dark, wet, unsecured garage! Shuttle was an old spray painted school bus. Housekeeping emptied trash and didn't replace bags, took dirty towels but didn't leave any clean, cleaned everything with Fabulouso instead of sanitizing. Called IHG corporate on first and then again second day and was refunded after staff couldn't get their act together!! Do not do it!!

  Great location for the parks with easy routes to Disney and Universal. Room was spacious, clean with free tea and coffee at reception and an on-site shop. Only downside was the kitchen was lacking in utensils and dishes. No doubt they'd of given us some if we asked.

  The beds where a bit soft for my back. The toilets are a bit low, but other than that we had a good stay. The front desk where friendly and helpful and there are plenty of snacks to purchase before you get to your room. There is no dining service, but there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Each room has a small kitchen with supplies to make a meal if you want. Also all the coffee you can drink for free.

  Our stay at Candlewood Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista was a great experience, especially for the value and location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our overall stay easy and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided plenty of room to relax after long days at the parks. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch and a great way to start the morning before heading out for the day. The bed was extremely comfortable and was exactly what we needed after spending hours walking around Disney. It was the perfect place to come back to and recharge. The only minor issue we noticed was that some of the extra bedding showed signs of age, with a few tears and some wear. However, this did not impact our overall stay or comfort. For the price, location, and amenities, Candlewood Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista is a great choice. Being 15 minutes or less from Disney makes it very convenient, and the friendly service, spacious rooms, and comfortable accommodations make it an excellent affordable option for families and travelers visiting the Orlando area. We would highly recommend it and would stay here again.
