  Hotel was very nice. Had a little kitchen set up which was nice. Had a lot of things to do right in walking distance (or a small drive) customer service was great! Nice size parking garage for guest. Definitely recommend

  The prices are affordable and great location the only bad side is the new LG washer and dryer for some reason after 10 pm it stops working completely no matter how much you try to tap to pay or swipe or insert chip it's just the payment not accessible and cancel all transactions

  By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at for one our room smelled like weed along with the 6th floor, kids running and screeming up and down the hall not to mention thatthe parents were drunk and very loud then we heard every outside noise that could be heard in which the walls seems to be paper thin our beds was not comfortable at all we were charged for the 2 queen room suite which the beds were more of a full size my husband and I didn't even really have room between us that we could be comfortable let's not forget about the kitchen that were supposed to been stocked up with what you needed to cook with but wasn't with only a really small sause pan and a toddler size skillet lol then we had to buy dishes to cook with only to have the hotplate type stove top QUIT WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF COOKING SOME BONE IN RIBEY STEAKS AND FISH THAT I HAD TO TOSS BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GET THE STOVE FIXED I WAS TOLD AND BECAUSE OF ALL THE THINGS THAT WE EXPERENCED THE CHESTER FAMILY WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT ANOTHER CANDLEWOOD SUITE EVER AGAIN we only stay at Embassy Suite but because this hotel was close to Sea World we rented this hotel but from this day forward EMBASSY SUITE IT WILL BE

  No geral, foi uma boa experiência. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, a cama era macia bem confortável, a iluminação era boa, os travesseiros eram bons, o banheiro era bom, embora um pouco antigo (cortinas de plástico não sejam muito higiênicas). A cozinha estava limpa, bem organizadacom utensílios básicos. A localização é boa, pois fica perto de restaurantes e a apenas 10 minutos do Disney Springs e do Epcot.

  *This place charges $20 dollars for parking* When we checked in on May 27th with the young lady (i didn't get her name because she didnt have her name tag) at the front desk. Also she will berate you in front of others because you can't speak Spanish well just because your last name is Hispanic. She gave us a room on the 6th floor. Went there were other people's things in the room. Luckily the people weren't in there. I went back down told them the situation as she laugh it off gave me another room 3rd floor this time. Went there this time key card doesn't work. Went back to her told her and she was asking if I was sure it didn't work. This time she gave me another room 1st floor. Mind you we are carrying bags and pushing a luggage cart everywhere. Didn't feel comfortable leaving my valuables in the room for good reason. Well the next morning not once but twice someone tried to come in our room. Luckily I put the door stop latch out or we would had more problems. The overall experience was horrible for our peace of mind especially for sleeping. Ileana Dominguez is the manager at the hotel and she puts people who doesn't know how to their job and has to ask the head laundry service person how to the computer. Also seems like Dominguez can't be reached at times too. Don't worry about responding with a automated response being apologetic I will never return to this joke of a hotel.
