  This was the perfect spot for our multi-generational trip to Disney. The bus is so easy to get to all parks and the boat is so fun to take to MK. The staff is incredible, the pools are great, the food is amazing and the theme is so immersive and well done. Loved everything about our stay :)

  During ths stay the main lodge building experienced an air conditioning HVAC issue making the main lodge uncomfortably warm during the June summer timeframe. They got the HVAC limping along during my stay but still too warm in the main lodge, i knocked down the Service score by 1-star due to this. The Disney cast members and room service was great.

  I paid for a dvc deluxe studio. I was very disappointed in my room. It was a total handicap room. I had no vanity at all. Just a sink. I couldnt unpack my toiletries. No dresser barely a closet. The shower had no tub . It was so small that when you stood under the water your face was a inch from the wall. No place to even put a hand towel. Worse room I've ever stayed at on disney property.

  Our refrigerator stopped working and Lanier had a new one installed in less than an hour. He also gave us a resort credit for the food we had to throw away. Nick the manager at Geyser Point took great care in getting our dinner order completed, and delivered it to us and refused a tip. As always, great customer service, and with a great attitude. This is why we are DVC members! Very different than the poor customer service from Disney Cruise Line.

  We have stayed at several of the 2 Bedroom villas at various resorts at Disney World. Boulder Ridge villa was recently renovated. Some areas were smaller in comparison to others and was specifically disappointed in the very small refrigerator. We are a family of 8 with 4 children and prepare breakfast and sometimes late afternoon lunches in the room. We expected a full size refrigerator as we have experienced in other 2 Bedroom villas.
