I will never stay here again we have traveled all over world ever experienced nothing like this customer service yesterday Jean from New York wasn't friend at all laughing with his coworker ever time I asked questions he told me I can get late check out is 12pm but when I call next day next representative told me I needed to call back on sunday. That doesn't make any type sense.Because, check out, we check out on sunday then check in is 4pm check out is 10am every thing we tired today on this property was closed. You don't have enough time to do anything but arcade room with grand kid's.That was disappointing because my granddaughter wanted to do.Ice skating water park was closed never again will I stay don't wasn't you're money also I was told, oh by Jean. You'll get text messages from property where they'll be.Texting to make sure everything was working out.Nobody never texts I never received anything!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and overall had a really good experience. We arrived hours earlier than expected and were surprised when they got us checked in right away. The location is convenient; very close to Disney and there’s a Walmart right across the street. This resort has a lot of rooms with all kinds of people staying here, so you definitely have to know how to maneuver and pick the best times for amenities. I personally wouldn’t take my young kids to the main pool on a Saturday afternoon because it was too crowded and a lot of day drinking around the pool. Not my scene. We went earlier on Sunday and the vibe was much more chill for my young kids. The property has grills, two restaurants, entertainment, and plenty to do on-site. Staff was kind throughout our stay. We also did the timeshare presentation. Michael was very nice and it went how we expected. We were there about 1.5–2 hours with our kids. I didn’t find anyone rude or overly pushy. They’re salespeople using sales tactics, that’s the whole point of the presentation. We were respectful to them and they were respectful right back. We were out by 10:30 and it really wasn’t a big deal. This isn’t a highend luxury resort, so if that’s what you’re expecting, this may not be the place for you. Some rooms could definitely use deeper cleaning and a few upgrades. But overall, for the location, amenities, and price, I’d personally rate it around 3.5–4 stars. No major complaints from us.

Just completed a stay at Westgate villas and most horrible experience for a hotel stay ever. First at the checkin- what a bad experience (), the rep kept screaming her lungs out. Had to ask her to speak slow so I can understand her better. The amenity card was handed to us just like that instead of cover. Also, no one disclosed but the water park passes for two that came with our stay were only valid for 1 day. We checked in at 4 and the park closes at 6, what a joke. I had received an email with credit because I have posted their link to my facebook page about our stay. No one at customer service knew anything about it. The guy said it’s added to your account and will automatically come off. Asked again and the other agent said no it’s not and would need to wait for manager. Waited in line and guess what someone else cut us off and we simply told the customer service guy that he should have kept an eye on that instead and we will skip and not interested in the credit at all. He was not helpful at all. Went to the bar and the guy (Jose) didn’t knew how to pull our room number and it was so embarrassing and we left saying never mind. What a terrible experience. Went to customer service to make sure that this doesn’t repeat again. The agent said oh sorry he might be pulling it wrong , please try another bar similar to this. Seriously with all the trouble, this is what you guys do?? Called them to ask for a pen to be delivered to our room as we needed to sign a Mother’s Day card, no one ever showed up. Called front desk to ask what time the arcade opens and lady said I am trying to find, she kept on hold and came back saying I am still looking. Seriously you work at front desk, why do you not know this info? Called them asking for a late checkout if it was available, the lady said to call at 8 am next day to check if it’s available, you gotta be kidding me? Why would I wake up early and would checkout instead. No thanks! What rude bunch of employees guess trained that way. Never booking them again, we love our Amex concierge and their service what we pay for. I was hoping to own a timeshare close by where kids can look forward to, Westgate you guys have lost a good customer and will never recommend them to anyone.

My name is Stephanie and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible service we received from Leandro at Westgate Town Center Resort. From the moment we arrived, Leandro went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only was he extremely kind and welcoming, but he also took the time to make sure everything about our check-in was smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was that he upgraded our stay, which was such an amazing surprise and made our trip even more memorable. Leandro’s professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests are exactly what hospitality should be. He made both me and my Grammy, Michelle, feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who truly loves what they do, and it clearly shows in the way he treats people. Because of Leandro, our experience was exceptional. Employees like him are the reason people come back and recommend this resort to others. Thank you for making our trip so special! — Stephanie & Michelle

I am writing this to express my frustration with the recent sales presentation. While we agreed to a 90-minute session, the actual duration exceeded that significantly. More concerning, however, was the shift in the staff's demeanor. As we expressed hesitation regarding the high down payment and the immediacy of the commitment, the representatives became persistent to the point of being rude. Vacationers should be treated with respect, regardless of whether they choose to purchase. The high-pressure tactics used here were unprofessional and have negatively impacted my view of the resort. Westgate is a privately owned company and is not owned by or formally partnered with Disney or Universal as they stated during the presentation. However, they use several clever tactics to make it feel like they are "in business" together. Westgate often sells vacation packages that include legitimate Disney or Universal tickets. They buy these in bulk or through authorized resellers just like any other travel agency. This allows them to use the theme park logos and names in their marketing, making people believe they are an official extension of the parks.
