  Honestly Westgate in general is a favorite place for us to stay for the last 30 years of my life but this time was really horrible. The room was in rough shape. The AC kept shutting down. It was seriously hot in the room and we had to keep calling to complain and now 4 maintenance engineer visits later and it's still not working. The desk doesn't seem to care that this is happening. The outlets don't work. The door handles get stuck. The water pressure in the shower is minimal. The sink in the bathroom is slow draining so we can't use it. The TV channels are slow to navigate through. They made updates to the common areas and entertainment areas but the rooms are just in bad shape. Seriously wouldn't consider coming back and would not recommend to others at this point with how unhappy we are.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Danny Baires provided an absolutely exceptional experience! His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly special. We were celebrating my daughter’s 15th birthday, a very meaningful occasion for our family, and Danny went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. The special perks and accommodations he provided added such a beautiful touch to the celebration and made the experience even more memorable. My daughter had an amazing time, and seeing her so happy made the celebration even more special for me as a mother. Danny is truly an outstanding employee. His warm personality, excellent service, and willingness to go the extra mile are absolutely priceless. Employees like him create memorable experiences and represent a company in the very best way. Thank you so much, Danny, for everything you did for our family and for helping make my daughter’s 15th birthday so wonderful. You are truly one of a kind! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I enjoyed my stay the hotel. It was clean and staff was friendly. I do give the Waterpark (treasure cove) a 1 star review. I paid 50 dollar to walk in, put my stuff down, and start walking up the stairs to turn around and walk out. They said no refunds and we didn't even get wet! When we went to leave the ticket pelope already left. They closed due to lightening strike, but im construction worker and the app we use everyday for lightening (lightening tracker pro) said the closest was 27 miles away. Called front desk and was told Waterpark would reach back out. Never received call. Very disappointed.

  Westgate has greatly improved. The property is much cleaner. The building I stayed in looked as if was freshly painted. My room was clean and renovated.. The front desk personnel was very accommodating . Most everyone was polite, professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. I had a relaxing time.and enjoyed my stay. There was one employee who was exemplary. She went above and beyond to provide the best customer service experience. I believe her name was Christine the manager at the coffee shop. She really knew coffee and how to make a flavorful cup. She made sure it was perfect just for me. Not only was she polite and caring towards me but everyone else as well. A tip is not enough for a valuable employee such as herself. Thanks for making not only my coffee great but my experience as well! P.s. I wish the ac was quieter. That’s why I didn’t give the rating a five star.

  5-Star Review for Miguel T (Westgate Vacation Villas Resort) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miguel T was absolutely amazing from the very start and truly made a difference in our entire vacation. From the moment we connected, he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Miguel was very knowledgeable—he explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. What stood out most was his genuine caring attitude. Miguel went above and beyond to assist me and my family, not just with one thing but with multiple needs throughout our stay. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and then worked hard to make sure we had the right information, guidance, and support. Because of him, our trip felt easy and well taken care of, and we never felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. Another big plus: Miguel speaks Spanish, which was incredibly helpful and made communication even better for our family. That extra touch added comfort and made everything feel more personal and welcoming. We’re very grateful for Miguel’s effort, attention to detail, and positive energy. He truly represents what great customer service looks like. Thank you again, Miguel T—because of you, we’ll remember our stay at Westgate Vacation Villas Resort in the best way possible. Highly recommend! I loved his service!!!! God bless him and his career….
