  If you've never gave westgate towers resort a try now is the time.. I've been an owner for 11 years and am so happy to say I've picked the right place for my family..

  ⭐ 1 STAR I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Westgate Resorts, particularly my interactions with Sara and Tony. I checked in on my birthday expecting a pleasant experience, and instead I was met with difficulty, a lack of courtesy, and absolutely no effort to accommodate even the simplest requests. From the beginning, the information I was given regarding the amenity fees was confusing and did not match what I had been told. I ultimately had to pay $200 in cash because they refused to combine my fees into one charge, and I did not want multiple separate charges placed on my card. The room situation made the experience even worse. Despite repeatedly asking for a room with an appropriate bed arrangement, I was given a room with two small beds. I explained that it was my birthday and asked whether there was anything they could do to better accommodate me, but I felt completely dismissed. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I was asking to be treated like a paying guest whose concerns mattered. What bothered me most was the noticeable difference in demeanor. I personally observed Sara and Tony laughing, joking, and interacting pleasantly with other guests. Yet when it came to me and my guest, who are people of color, that same warmth, courtesy, patience, and hospitality were noticeably absent. I cannot speak to anyone’s intentions, but I can absolutely speak to how we were treated and how different that treatment felt based on what I personally witnessed. It was my birthday. I chose Westgate expecting hospitality and an enjoyable experience, not to spend my arrival feeling unwelcome, inconvenienced, and uncomfortable. Hospitality is not just about providing a room. It is about how you make your guests feel. Sara and Tony made me feel as though accommodating me was a burden while I watched them extend a completely different level of friendliness to others. I left the interaction feeling disgusted and disappointed. Birthdays come once a year, and instead of beginning mine feeling celebrated, I began it feeling disrespected. Westgate should seriously review this experience and the standard of customer service being provided to ALL guests.

  Our favorite place to stay in Orlando for park days! Highly recommend! Great experience checking in as always. Sara was very helpful for our family and I and super nice as usual. The rooms are great and spacious and the location is great as well. We love staying here.

  My room was to suppose to have been a villa with a king size bed, instead I had a villa with two double beds for myself and my husband. The bed was very uncomfortable I'm only 5'4 and my husband is 6'1 and my feet hung off the bed. We were offered two different rooms, the room with a jacuzzi and carpet or remodel with linoleum and rain shower. So we chose the jacuzzi and carpet, that room was dark, carpet looked dirty and the jacuzzi was small, shower was veery small. So we went back down to the desk and changed rooms to the rain shower room which was much better but the beds were just uncomfortable. When i asked if we could get a king size bed the lady at desk said yes for $50 per night. When trying to purchase parks tickets we were told that someone would be there the next morning but when my husband went down to speak to them no one was there and they told him they would be there after 1:00. So we went down there at 1:00 then was told that we could go over to the other property to purchase tickets because someone is always there. If we had that information when we checked in and asked about purchasing tickets that would have been very helpful and gave more time at the amusement parks. Ww asked for clean towels so after waiting for 30 minutes my husband went and got them.

  I always enjoy my stay at Westgate! I have been a owner since 2006! The newly renovated villas and condos are beautiful! The service is impeccable! They have a text for service system that is excellent they always respond expeditiously and tend to whatever you need! I can't wait to go back again! Please book your stay with Westgate! You won't be disappointed I promise!
