  Rooms needed updates, leather sofas and cushions horrible, not maintained, and the majority of the outlets were loose and unsafe,but, the service was good.

  My second favorite Westgate Resort. Small enough to be able to get around and usually quieter than some of the bigger resorts.

  The water temperature was inconsistent, it was room temperature then hot, then warm. Other than that the room was great. I had a view of the fireworks from Disney.

  The hotel would be nice if the staff were trained in hospitality. If you need additional items such as toilet paper, figure it out because they don't even have enough staff to assist guest. The rooms that are renovated make no logical sense. Why are there 3 showers for a room with one bed? The upgraded faucets are already tarnished and dingy looking. The "butterfly garden" is just a walk space with a broken water fountain. The "mini golf" is just mulch and molded golf clubs. We stayed 4 days and on the day of checkout, I had security enter my room at 10:45, telling me we had 15 minutes to leave, or we would be charged. How is that a late check out? The hotel is dead and there is construction going on all around this location, so I truly don't understand the harassment. Hopefully this place gets bought out by a decent company.

  This made the top of my list for the worst experience yet at a hotel. We booked an 8 day stay here and checked out within the first 20 minutes. My wife was so unhappy and disgusted with the room, she actually cried which was unusual to me because she never cries. We booked the same dates at a different hotel and left right away. Westgate did not grant me a refund for my 20 minutes of staying there which I thought was unprofessional given there were rooms available and it isn’t like we took business / a possible room to sell. Anyways, here is why we left….. 1. The room was FILTHY. The carpet was musty and smelled of animals / urine. The sheets had brown stains and my wife said they smelled of an odorous man. 2. There is a jacuzzi in the middle of the room with a floor to ceiling window right next to it. So, essentially you’re bathing in public. There is a 2 x 3 shower thag is enclosed, however, is designed for dwarfs. 3. The staff were unaccommodating and unprofessional. We expressed our unhappiness with the room and the manager told me “we can’t get you another room until Monday”. Well, we checked in Saturday so that was unacceptable. So, then I said well can we get new sheets? She then sent someone 15 minutes later who couldn’t speak English with a grocery bag of “fresh” sheets. We just drove 13 hours and were now given a grocery bag of new sheets for us to replace the dirty sheets. I have truly never seen anything like this. Avoid this motel and that isn’t a typo.
