  I was extremely happy with my experience at the Westgate towers. The service was extremely good and nice. I would recommend everyone I know to come. Thank you Westgate 😉

  If you're looking for a mediocre, cheap, no frill or amenities this is the place for you. Hotel premises is under construction. There's no restaurant or shop to get snacks at except a vending machine. Rooms are in desperate need of updating adder cleaning. Pools need cleaning and updating with some of the kiddie pools not working at all. While the price was cheap, I don't think we will be back.

  I've stayed at several Westgate properties and this way not up to Westgate par I was embarrassed that I had been bragging how lovely all of my rings had ever been and how nice the properties so were this is one of their properties that I'm still in my mind trying to understand how they justify calling this at best 1-2star motel a resort. What was more shocking was they charged the same price as their high-end resorts it was awful. Just getting into your building was a hassle if you were carrying something in with you because you actually had to swipe a card not tap swipe a card just says you had to swipe a card to get in your room. I'm my room the paper towels in kitchen literally mustard on the top of the roll, the shower in the master bath and the jacuzzi tub was dirty with soap scum on the top and side of the walls and tub, all the towels hung in the room were wrinkled. Even at first glance it was a humiliating presentation of what I shared would be an amazing stay.

  I'm an Owner but hadn't been to this Resort before. I arrived late afternoon/early evening and was welcomed by the Reception staff who provided me with a map of the Resort. I was shown to the Unit and couldn't have been more pleased. It was one bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and also a washing machine and dryer. The shower in the bedroom was huge and there was another smaller bathroom with a shower/bath. The resort had an abundance of services- 2 pools, crazy golf, ice machines, drinks and snack machines. I could go on. If that wasn't enough there was a shuttle to Westgate Vacation Villas and they had even MORE amenities. The shuttle also took you to an on site, shop, that had your basic needs plus things you never thought you would need. This Resort was quiet but not remote. All in all, I had a fantastic time and would consider going back again.
