    The hotel room was fine overall. Spacious and relatively comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was fine, the hot tub was not in operation. The guest laundry was very convenient. You can’t beat the location, lots of nearby restaurants and fun things to do. Also close to Disney. Our main issues with the hotel were that it is still a work in progress while it transitions from Sonder to IHG. There was no WiFi, which is very inconvenient. The TV had very limited watching options, so being able to sign into our streaming subscriptions would have been great. The room had no washcloths for some reason. We had to go get them. Based on the location and value, we will try Voco again after they complete the transition.

    It a beautuful ground. To bad they seem to be having issue with handicap, one elevator worked then broke. I'm on AND USE "O2" SO stairs are a problem, the stairs are ruff on thr lungs. "IGH POINTS" NEED TO BE MONITORED. OR THEY TAKE THEM! USE CAUTION. Bears watching!

    The room itself was nice and clean, alongside check-in and check-out being an easy process. There were minor things such as the wifi and elevator not working which were minor details we chose to bypass. Though, we did have an item left behind in the room on the couch, and were met with a lack of customer service from the front desk staff. This experience alone has led us to the decision of not returning to this hotel.

    Im guessing this was an older hotel and renovated to some degree, you enter the rooms from exterior. Our coffee maker didn't work, but the bed was comfy and the room felt very clean. Carrabbas and Cracker Barrel was nearby.

    I been long time traveler with IHG and this one sucks. I used my points but still got charged $140. With that being said the bar is closed, the restaurant wasn't open and theres ducks in the pool. I've had had to ask for towels twice now..and they don't restock them after cleaning. Also, my shower has a broken soap dispenser that was laying in the floor.... not happy at all with this.
