  Charged $300 for a resort fee when there are no shuttles. No WiFi, rooms are dirty with cockroaches in them! No hot water, aircon sucks and the rooms smell. After 3 nights decided to check out and go elsewhere for our 2 week vacation.

  This hotel was okay but for the money we spent it could of been better. We stayed 3 nights and was charged a total of $118 just for “resort fees” but was never explained the break down of what consisted in those fees. The hotel didn't even have WiFi or a microwave in the rooms. Rooms looked clean for the most part. Tv doesn't work unless you bring your own set up like Roku or something. Location is convenient because it is close to lots of shops and not far from Disney! The pool was our favorite. Every time we went swimming we had the place to ourselves, music is playing, there was a few outside games and it was a fun time! Over all hotel wasn't bad we still had a great time!

  A localização é boa, especialmente para quem pretende visitar a Disney e o Magic Kingdom, com muitos restaurantes e opções de lazer por perto. O quarto tem boa estrutura e organização, a piscina é boa e a lavanderia para hóspedes é muito conveniente. Porém, durante minha estadia, não havia Wi-Fi ou se quer uma opção de internet para os hospedes, o que foi bastante inconveniente, principalmente porque precisei trabalhar e tive que buscar alternativas fora do hotel. A banheira de hidromassagem também não estava funcionando e a TV tinha poucas opções, sem acesso a serviços de streaming. Alguns funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos, mas destaco a atendente loira do período noturno, que foi extremamente gentil e atenciosa. Para Disney, recomendo; para quem pretende priorizar os parques da Universal, buscaria outra opção.

  I usually try to find the positives in every experience, but this stay was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. When we arrived, we were told that the internet was down and that we would not be charged the amenities fee because Wi-Fi was unavailable. That should have been our first warning. We were then given the wrong room access code and had to return to the front desk to get another one. Once inside, we noticed a large gap around the door that allowed us to see outside and potentially allowed people outside to see into the room. We had to purchase blue tape just to cover it. The room was also noticeably dusty. The following day, I noticed a charge of approximately $184 on my card when I was expecting only a $50 deposit. When I went to the front desk, I was told that the additional charge would be refunded. However, when checking out, the explanation changed. I was told the refund would only happen if we were “approved,” which directly contradicted what we had previously been told. After asking for written confirmation, I was given a receipt that appeared to be entered incorrectly as a charge rather than a credit, with a note indicating an adjustment/refund. Housekeeping only came once during our stay. The biggest issue wasn’t one individual problem; it was the combination of poor communication, maintenance issues, cleanliness, and uncertainty about the charges. We left extremely unhappy and felt that the experience was much closer to staying at a highway motel than what we expected.
