  StayBridge Suites Orlando Resort checked off all of the boxes for my family and friends. We came for the AAU World Championships with 5 families. We were 7mins away from the ESPN Worldwide centre, Disney Parks, Tastey Eateries and on the strip there was a Funzone of Rides within walking distance. Breakfast was everything that you needed from Hot Oatmeal to Freshly made Waffles to eggs and bacon or sausages. They had parfaits, chocolate milk, every juice you could think of, bagels, slice bread with every condiment to go with it. It was perfect! The Servers were so hospitable and friendly! There was enough seating for breakfast because there was a large outdoor gazebo along with indoor seating. They even had an indoor lounge with AC and I could watch the FIFA World cup while my kids were in the pool! Can I tell you that they had free laundry services? Yes free! I could wash my kids clothes and it wasnt super busy during downtime. 1st floor and 2nd floor laundry services! The Resort is so close that you could walk to Chick Fil A, Golden Coral, New Balance Outlet and the Funzone! We were so close to Sea World and Aquatica and all major Clearance or Outlets Stores! They even had a market inside the hotel so I'd purchase my favorite haagen daz ice cream and hangout in the lounge! Lastly, they had an Arcade room with fun games to play for your kids. I especially liked the Air Hockey Table. The rooms were large enough and spacious with enough closet space and enough room to store your empty luggage. We picked a 2 bedroom suite that had 2 washrooms with a living room and full kitchen (2 Families occupied this suite). They even supplied cutlery, plates, mugs, cups and pots along with pans. We drove to the nearby Walmart(10mins away) and made food in our kitchenette! All in all, I would return back to this resort and enjoy with my family! Thank you Staybridge Suites Orlando Resort!

  On july 1st I arrived to the hotel , to find that it is not like being advertized, it is more of a motel than a resort , we went to the room , we found some other guest already on the room assigned for us !!!, I contatced the reception Mr George on duty , i told him I am not comfortable to stay at the place , so creepy and quite un organized and i have felt that it mighy be unsafe if i am at my room and i find another guest trying to get inside , I requested full refund , i have booked another hotel through booking same time when i find this problem, till now i have no replies from the hotel by phone or email re my problem

  Do not stay here! Very ghetto place becuase of the Manager Angel Rodriguez. He is extremely unprofessional, doesnt know how to talk to people if there is a problem. Instead he will yell to the top of his lungs at you And tell you "we dont want your kind here" instead. I am no problem I am not rude. I was having a problem with my card & This man acted insane infront of everyone & disrepected me infront of my children. He would NEVER talk to a man the way he talked to me. He has noooo buisness in customer service. As a buisness owner I would neverrrr yell at one of my customers I would ask what is the problem or Kindly ask them to leave. Instead of asking me to leave he called the cops on me infront of my children. I was not a threat I was not rude at all you can ask anyone I was actually just sick & didnt want to get anyone else sick so was just trying to add a new card so I didnt have to go down. Ive never stayed at a hotel that would act this way over a mistake. I understand I was late but he could have just said "ma'am we are going to ask you to leave now bc we have not recieved payment" very simple. But he made a hugeeeee ordeal instead. I am back at the marriott where I am treated like family & the staff are classy & not ghetto and short tempered he should be ashamed of himself.

  Very nice pool, I stayed in a suite and it was very spacious, 4 people in my room and it was spacious enough for us, while housekeeping did not visit and we had asked for a pouring pitcher because it had a kitchenette and they said they would bring us a pitcher but they didn't do we called again and they said they couldn't find one, breakfast seating wasn't ideal we had to eat outside and then we couldn't get our drinks refilled because they close at 10 but those that sat inside could, food was excellent though, and the food servers were great, overall tho, the hotel was great 😃 👍

  Tuvimos una estadia correcta, en un hotel basico pero correcto para su precio. Hoy nos fuimos de ahí en la mañana y nos olvidamos un equipaje al dejar la habitación, estando COMPLETAMENTE seguros que quedó en el lugar. Al darnos cuenta llamamos al hotel y nos negaron que haya quedado algo, lo cual a mi entender implica un robo. Es lamentable que esto haya ocurrido lo que nos deja una pésima impresión de la estadía.
