  Although there were some issues adding a guest to my points reservation(understandably so with the points fraud that is going on) I still want to leave a review acknowledging Daniela for putting in my late checkout and Kavern for answer the phone and explaining the situation with adding a guest. Although I was shot on time(boarding a flight) she was able to explain the situation, my friend arrived at about 5:30 I arrived at 8:30 he was able to wait in a private area with all the equipment we had.

  I am a gold status IHG customer. I have stayed in many hotels across USA. This one was definitely a first in a few categories. We love the location and pet friendly accommodation. The pool looked pretty decent even though we did not use. The breakfast was pretty decent. The customer service from their host desk was very pleasant. However the room we stayed in had some major issues. The bathroom was decently clean minus some hair on the floor. The couch was AWFUL. There were stains on it and rips on the cushions/arms. There were stains on the floor and thankfully didn't affect our animals. One mattress under the linens was stained. They do not supply encasements so checking for bed bugs is important especially after seeing the couch. The kitchen comes stocked with dishes which was great. We made sure to wash everything before hand just in case. The biggest issue we had were the bugs. The 3 days we were there we had bugs in our room. The day we left I found a baby roach on my clothes. Everything got washed when we got home. We will not stay again and will be looking for another hotel accommodation for our Orlando trips. Overall a 3 star is best suited for our experience.

  I wish I had a more positive review. I will start by saying that the staff was friendly and accommodating to the best of their ability. That said, on arrival our first room did not appear clean with the bedsheets containing stains. We also found food on the floor and a strong odor. The staff was able to relocate us to an allegedly recently renovated floor, estimating 6 months ago. The sheets were clean, however I’m uncertain to the degree of renovation as the room had paint peeling from the walls as well as rust in the bathroom. We encountered a similar issue regarding cleanliness as we found old gum and debris under the furniture. I would not recommend staying here.

  Ideal location short walk to seaworld, 7/11 cvs and walmart all close. Amenities are good. Rooms are big and have most of what you would need including silverware. Customer service was all great from maintenance to front desk. Breakfast options were good, ac in room works good. Now the bads. Shower handle and plug in room were broken. Crumbs and junk on floor when we entered. And some long dark hairs on edge of covers and shower and toilet. They offered to switch rooms. And no they weren't mine im bald with a blonde wife and kids. All in would stay again if I got a good deal on a room. Stayed in worse stayed in better.

  My family and I stayed at the Staybridge for 10 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and living room made our stay feel like home. Breakfast was hearty but the seating area can get a bit congested at times. The nightly price fluctuates based on time of the year, and additional costs will be added to the final bill for resort fee, taxes, pet fee, and parking fee. Summer prices aren't too bad, but we were planning to come back over Christmas, and were walloped by the seasonal price change.
