  This wonderful hotel is like a favorite old car that’s been used and abused but still runs strong. The vibe is positive and the folks are real. Highly recommend especially because the price was the best with a nice kitchen and roomy room!

  Habitaciones muy oscuras, mala higiene de habitaciones no las asean todos los días, faltan elementos de cocina. El lugar para desayunar es muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes, desayuno variado Ubicación buena cerca de parques y lugares de comida

  We stayed here while in Orlando for a cheer competition, and we recommend it! The hotel rooms were large and had full kitchens. While the room decor is a little dated looking, the rooms are clean. The pool and hot tub are extremely nice, both were clean and working properly. The hotel had floats to use; the landscaping with palm trees around the pool is nice. The hotel provides a free breakfast buffet every day, which consisted of two types of eggs, a type of sausage or meat, an item that varied each day (like biscuits and gravy), as well as multiple make your own waffle stands, cereal stands, muffins, toast, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to certain Disney parks and Universal parks on a schedule - we did this one day and it was fine - while it is about a 15 minute drive/uber to Magic Kingdom, the bus takes more like 35-40 minutes b/c it picks up at several other hotels after this one - so FYI for timing purposes. Hotel is convenient to Old Town and many restaurants, as well as convenient to drive to Disney, ESPN, parks, etc. We had a great stay here.

  Ubicación excelente. Habitaciones con camas muy cómodas. Al.hotel le falta mantenimiento (estuvimos en el 5to piso con 1 solo ascensor que funcionaba a medias). El desayuno es poco variado. El.servicio de limpieza es muy malo. Solo limpian 1 vez x semana. Solo hacen camas. LO PEOR: Tuve un inconveniente de olvido de equipaje en la habitación y pusieron muy poca voluntad en solucionar mi problema, intentando comunicarme por varios canales y se pasaban de un área a otra sin resolver mi inconveniente. No lo recomiendo y no volvería.

  I agree with most of the other reviews. The property is older but clean. Needs new carpet and upgrades. The beds were Comfortable. Elevators are slow. We asked to be moved to first floor and were accommodated. Location is convenient to Disney parks. The staff is great. The pool area is nice and well maintained. Nice pool bar at night but wish they had food. Breakfast is ok but very crowded. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was nice. This hotel seems to host a lot of big groups. When we were there we found the groups of senior trips, cheerleaders and golfers to all be polite and respectful. Overall a great stay and would recommend to others and stay again when in Orlando.
