  Vegas room #149 is amazing. And surprisingly if your into kink/bdsm the bed has restraints, there is a swing and a St. Andrew’s cross. But of course the whole place is lit and highly recommended. Plus they have the best staff of any place you will ever visit.

  Lived in Kissimmee majority of my life and had never been to secrets so I decided to stop by for a day pass & I had an amazing time. The energy in the building was amazing. The bartender Slim was so friendly & informed me on all the events that was happening this weekend for Labor Day and her drinks were so good. Will definitely be back for the rest of Labor Day weekend!

  I’ll start by saying this. If the name were “Secrets adult club and motel”, I would rank it higher. This is by no means a fancy resort and spa. I won’t give it a 1 star, but it’s pretty close to that. The first part is the dysfunction. There’s a lot of disconnect because condos are independently owned. Restaurant is 3rd party, and check in is another entity. Condo / room - probably the best part. It was clean and nice, however it had no paper towels even with a full kitchen. No K Cups even though it had a Keurig machine. No soap / shampoo in the shower. If these are going to be individually owned, still have a consistency standard Huge killers for us - since the restaurant is 3rd party, you can’t charge to your room, so you always have to have a credit card on you. You can’t just leave everything in your room. The foods good, but not for 3 meals a day and that’s all they have. If you’re a “resort” you need options for people. Next - towels - they act like towels are a luxury item. You need to give them your personal ID to get towels. Like that’s crazy. You’re literally separated from your credit cards and ID just to enjoy the resort. This can be handled better but I assume condo owners don’t want to cover the very low cost of lost towels. Just comes off as cheap. Towel loss can’t be that high of an expense No space! Anytime you want to use the chairs / tables or picnic space, you must enter in one area and are not allowed to bring in ANY food or drink. I get it. You don’t want people to have their own alcohol, but where can you enjoy morning coffee or outside food options? We couldn’t even bring in water bottles. Again, if this is a resort, you shouldn’t be limited. They don’t have balconies in the rooms either, so you either have to eat in your room or purchase from the limited variety menu. It’s just not luxury like other swingers resorts we’ve been to. Staff - while no one was crazy rude, they weren’t over and above nice. They basically just told us all “no sorry I can’t help”. Overall I feel like this place has high reviews due to it being a rare adult resort in the US. But when you compare it to Hedonism or Temptations, it cannot compete. Now if you compare it to a swingers club, it’s pretty nice. However, they want to be a resort and if you go in with those expectations, you will be very disappointed Hopefully this helps them do better as many of the things are simple fixes

  Love secrets and love the people but Jeeze the service is TERRIBLE!!!! I advise people not to use their credit here for deposits as they will just hold your money for as long as they like it. We left secrets over 10 days ago and our deposit has not been returned with secrets telling some 10 business nonsense. You don’t play with peoples money… ESPECIALLY in this economy!

  We have stayed here a couple of times and our past experience was touch and go. Before the arrival for this last time we went I reached out sending an email of my concerns and things that were popping up that seemed to be last minute notice and Mrs. Linnette was very quick to respond. She was very informative and helpful and wanted to make sure our trip was going to be incredible in which it was. She did everything in her power to make sure we felt at home and the birthday girl felt appreciated for celebrating there and man was she! Maybe alittle too much because it took an entire day to recover lol. She made sure to work with Maria another manager onsite that made sure we got where we were going for whatever times were going on and didn’t bat an eye for if any issue arose while we were at the resort. This place is very welcoming and though it seems they don’t care sometimes do not be fooled the people who work there aim to do whatever is reasonable to make sure your stay is as great as possible. With just the interaction of these two people we will be returning and everyone in our group hopes to see the both of them because they made the visit that much better and when it comes to hospitality they know how to do it!!! Thank you so much guys and thank you to the rest of the staff at secrets that is absolutely incredible!!!
