  We really enjoyed this resort. Lots of like minded people and great pool area and food. Music and keeping people entertained was also very good and atmosphere was buzzing. My only complaint was one of the bar staff called Lilly. She was very rude and sour faced and when she gave us the wrong drink she just threw it down the sink and said quite rudely what do you want then!! She ruined the atmosphere as everyone else was really nice. Perhaps you could retrain her or bring in nicer staff who are pleasant and polite to all people. Apart from that the place was fantastic.

  Miss Havin was an awesome server for us in our cabana. Always checking in with us and providing great fast service with a smile! Ask for her because she is amazing!

  This is an Awesome place!!! We always have an amazing time when visiting here. The Staff is amazing. There is always someone Available to answer any questions and they take their security seriously so you always feel safe. The staff will not only remember you but will go out of their way to make sure that everything is okay during your stay. A special shout out to Remmy ( Front desk) & Jenellie ( Bartender) and Jordan( Security) for going above & beyond to always make certain that we were good!!. The food is always fresh & tasty.. Seriously!!. The rooms are well kept and very clean. Everyone is friendly and ready for a good times & there are few if any single males or creepers. The only complaints that l have are 1) The room towels are literally like sandpaper. No joke! 2) they don't clean your room unless you ask. 3) The music is thumping & loud until 2am. So if you want quite time you better get a room on the backside of the establishment. But if you come with an open mind & a free spirit you will have a Blast; Guaranteed!!

  I had an amazing experience at Secrets Hideaways Resort. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and every detail made my stay feel special. The resort was relaxing, comfortable, and a great place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Secrets Hideaways Resort to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to visit again!

  It's all good until the overnight security guy, Henry Quinones, fabricates things about you to get you permanently banned from the resort. Edit 6/30/26: Nobody did anything in your parking lot, I guess you've irked so many people you can't keep track. You don't even know who is coming for your business. Quick legal lesson: he's not a public figure so his character cannot be defamed. Learn the law buddy. One must first have character for it to be defamed. How are those DBPR complaints going? How's the missing Instagram and everything else working out for you? If you want to quote FS § 800.03, then tell Rolf Daz to stop filming content in your public parking lot. Keep on finding out.
