We had a great time and it started right at check-in. Austin was funny, got us through the membership process quickly, explaining the rules, and answered our first-timer questions patiently. We particularly enjoyied the pool party during the day! It was lively, fun, sexy, and everyone was welcoming.
We didn't stay on site, only doing the day and night passes, so we can't really review the rooms, but did see and go inside several and they were each decorated uniquely by the individual owners. They did seem to be well appointed with lots of fun stuff. The food was surprisingly good. Drinks were ok, maybe a little weak, but tasty and did the job. The two night clubs were fun and we liked that we could wander between them and the pool area all night. The DJ's kept the place hopping and we liked the fun games the emcee played throughout the afternoon.
Other than the drinks I mentioned above, the only other negative was the bathrooms. While overnight guest could use their rooms, day guest had limited options.
Overall we loved it and are already planning our next trip in a couple months, this time staying on-site. I think we will be regulars.
I've been to secrets several times now. Pool staff is amazing and the people you will meet will make it a pleasant experience . We traveled with three couples and all of us agreed this felt like nothing more than a money grab. Especially since they are pushing the new hotel. We arrived 20 minutes early and we were advised we'd have to pay a $40 early check-in fee. When we told them we would just wait the 20 minutes, we got attitude. Front desk was short and made us feel like we were wasting their time. Bartenders also were short and only cared about the next sale. Locker fees are absurd especially considering what you already pay to get in. Rules make no sense either. Females can't wear lingerie in the play area, but you can wear robes covering your entire body? Go there to meet new people and relax, but be prepared to be treated like a resort only seeking money. The overall customer experience is declining, but the people who visit there are not.

Secrets has so many things to love - the condos, the pool, the club, the playroom, the vibe, and the incredible people that make it all possible. But my favorite part of Secrets, that often gets overlooked, is the dungeon, aka Club Swingster!
What makes the dungeon stand out to me is that it feels like a place where security, respect, and consent come first. The rules are clearly posted in many places, and that really reinforces the atmosphere of care and accountability. It makes me feel safe, welcome, and able to relax fully into the experience.
I also want to recognize how well I’ve been cared for by the staff. The dungeon masters Silver, Eddie, and Sunshine have all been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and educational. Their presence has made a real difference in creating a space where people can explore with trust and confidence.
My husband and I have grown much closer through our experiences there, especially in terms of communication and exploration. I think a lot of that comes from the dynamic the dungeon helps create.
For us, it’s not just a space for play… it’s a space that supports connection, trust, and growth.

The concept for the relaxation area—catering to the lifestyle community—is an excellent idea. Unfortunately, however, our overall impression was not particularly positive. There was far too much sexual activity taking place in the pool, which is absolutely unsafe for other guests and completely unhygienic. This constitutes a major drawback for this establishment. The music also leaves much to be desired; the DJ needs to work on their track selection—or perhaps the venue simply needs to hire a competent DJ. We hope that on our next visit, when we come with our own group of friends, we will have a much more positive experience.

The bad: room 202 had a lot of key issues both wrist band and key card even after batteries were replaced in the door handle. Staff responded quickly when these issues came up several times both at the front desk and maintenence.
Yellow water in the hot tub maintenence checked it out and said it shouldn't have been that dark of a yellow but said well water was the culprit not sure if there is a fix for that or not.
The Parties: Were amazing loved the DJ"s and staff they kept everything up beat. Even got my wife Neshia Warwell out front center stage tweaking with Honey it was an all around great experience.
The Bar: Awesome kept the drinks coming at times had to wait a little while for certain things to get restocked at the pool bar wasn't a huge deal.
Theater: Loved watching the Moulin Rouge performance they all did an amazing job.
Games: were well planned and a lot of fun.
Overall Experience: We had such an amazing time we're definitely coming back next year already talked to Steven Faircloth thank you to everyone for there hard work in putting this together we had an absolute blast.
